The property - about 110 square meters (without cellar) is located on a hillside, next to a pine forest. On the 2500 square meter plot spruce, maple, beech, ash, oak and many grow more, almost unspoilt nature.
Immediately at the public access road, we can create on our property a parking space for 2- 3 cars. On a newly designed, ramped and gravelled path you walk about 50 meters downhill to our house.

From the living-dining room can be accessed through 2 different glass doors to about 22 square meters large balcony. This balcony is a real highlight of the exclusive Feriendomizils- practically an additional outdoor living space. In nice weather you can in the evening on the Bruchhauser stones or on the other side enjoy from morning to the wonderful view far-reaching views in the Hochsauerland.
