Very Nice place right on the beach, Owners are wonderful

Very nice place to stay very homey. Really enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean. Did not have to bring anything they had everything you needed. Owners are very nice people. Would recommend to stay here. We will be staying next year if at all possible.

Best view ever !!!!

This place is just as advertised, had a wonderful time watching the dolphins everyday while having coffee. The host are more than gracious with any needs that arrived. They even told us to take a free day because the Daytona 500 was rained out and was rescheduled for Monday. Great time at speed weeks

Great View – Not Worth the Money! Inaccurate Listing - Full Time Residence with a LOT of Clutter

The home is full of clutter! There was so much clutter in laundry room, it was difficult to get to the washer and dryer/3rd bedroom. Clothes left in dryer, and piles of dirty laundry old pillows, and random items everywhere. The grounds are lush. However, trash everywhere: old flower pots, broken furniture, tools, garbage cans, ladders etc. Used grounds in the coffee pot, dirty dishes in dishwasher and used food in the refrigerator and the freezer. Beach access is unsafe. Sharp and loose pavers going down the hill. Anyone with limited mobility would find it difficult - potential liability. Courtyard is full of old bicycles, dirty furniture, and an old pond that was nasty. Hot tub had dirty water and not maintained. The sprinkler system used refurbished water which smelled awful. Timers had unit spraying during the day-couldn't enjoy the yard. Sprinklers soaked outdoor cushions making them unusable. One bedroom had a black bowl of white powder under edge of the bed which spilled while making bed. Possible rat/bug poison-huge liability. Claimed home had been cleaned prior to arrival but not likely. House smelled, floors were dirty and left feet black. Shameful to be charged cleaning fee for a dirty home. Advertised sleeper couch but no linens available. Had to kill several roaches inside home. When looking for a broom in a closet we found shelves full of pill bottles. Huge concern for renters with children.
