Open concept rental is located across the street from the ocean, with outdoor shower, fenced in back yard w/gas grill, SS appliances, new cookware, beach, pickleball, and pool gear, coffee/tea bar, 2-person work/study area with USB and FB portal, game room - arcade games, pool table, bikes, screened lanai with party lights, fire pit, DVD/Blue Ray, garage. Black out curtains. Enjoy all of the comforts of home. We have thought of everything like the black out curtains! Travel crib is available upon request. No stairs to mess with! Just bring your clothes! Walk to pickleball or golf.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set AC to 76, make sure no outside water hoses are on
Check all drawers and under the beds. We are not responsible for any left personal items.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Upon leaving, please strip all beds that have been used. Place linens and used towels in the hampers located in each bedroom closet.
Please set the AC to 77 when leaving, turn off all lights and appliances, close windows and doors.
Do not forget to leave the set of keys and garage door opener in the basket on the credenza at the front door.

Absolutely amazing! Definitely great stay for kids! (Of all ages) great location, it was nice to have the beach toys, baby pool and floats already there! Also a pack n play for my son! Tina was amazing with accommodations and responding to us with any questions! Definitely will be returning!

From first contact to check-in and check-out Tina was a great host with perfect communication and quick response on the questions I had. This was our first time staying at the property but we’ve known the area for almost 20 years. The home was exactly as shown in the pictures and described in the listing. We arrived without issue and found everything ready for us. The main bedroom is well appointed and comfortable with a spacious bathroom and closet and so was the guest room. The hall bathroom was clean and well stocked and we had no issues with the rooms, bedding or bathrooms. The kitchen is very nice with modern appliances. It is well stocked with dishes, cookware and every utensil we needed for our stay. Outside we found the grill to be very nice and worked well for the few meals we had in. The living areas and sunrooms are very comfortable with large screen TVs and plenty of seating. The sunroom has a smaller but nice pool table we enjoyed during our visit. The WiFi was fast and reliable and while we are not heavy users we had no issues. The screened in sitting area was very nice to have giving us a shaded but outdoor space away from mosquitos at night. The pool is warm and well kept and while we didn’t use the pool much we enjoyed it when we did. The house is just about 3 blocks from the beach where there is a nice walk down. We spent most of our time there and appreciated the short walk. We look forward to coming back again!

Why they chose this property

Fantastic location, exceptionally clean, quiet, and a no drive beach. This location allows you to enjoy a beach that is commonly shared only by residents, walk or ride the bikes to the pickleball/tennis courts or play golf. Everything is based on a walkable sidewalk that gets you to shopping or restaurants. Daytona Beach is 15 minutes away.

What makes this property unique

This beachside rental is actually an open concept house that sleeps six. No stairs! Great for traveling friends and couples. The house is fully furnished with a salt water, heated pool. We even provided condiments, shampoo, soap, and washing detergent. Enjoy the outdoor shower, coffee/tea bar, bikes, a work/study area, game room, fenced in back yard, and screen in lanai with party lights. A housekeeper can also be scheduled during your stay. Special rates for long term stays!
