Leave your worries behind in this spacious and peaceful home, set on over 2,000 m² of land bordered by an oak forest. After a delicious barbecue, you’ll want to take a nap on the lounge chairs in the shade of the linden tree, then enjoy a game of pétanque on our court before visiting a magnificent medieval village just a 5-minute drive from the house. For the more adventurous, hiking trails start right below the house, and mountain bikers and cyclists are in the right place too
The cottage
There are 3 west-facing bedrooms: 2 with a 160-size bed and 1 with two 90-size beds. A travel cot is available, as well as a high chair and a potty. There’s a very large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking or baking. There’s also a study with a well-stocked bookshelf for your relaxing afternoons or evenings. A large living/dining room with a TV and a spacious terrace for your meals. In the basement, you’ll find the washing machine and a clothesline outside or in the garage. A spacious garden with large trees and a bocce court at the back of the house, shaded by the trees.
Guest Access
The entire house is available to guests except for one room in the basement, which is locked. To access the basement, you can use the stairs inside the house or go down from the outside.
Other notes
The garden and the planters need to be watered (in the morning or evening when the sun isn’t out). To avoid inconveniencing you, we suggest that we come by to water them when you’re not home or early in the morning. Please let us know your schedule.
