About this property
Ocean Nest Hideaway
Relocating, remodeling, relaxing, let Ocean Nest in Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast be your secret hideaway. Adorable single story ranch home in central location allows easy access to all that the neighborhood offers. Park in the attached garage and walk to beach or shops. Look for shells, floats or the local handmade “rocks”. Wander for hours up and down the coast. Float the lake or kick back in the park.
There is NO Ocean view.
Ocean Nest is a simple, clean, highly functional single story home.
The Main bedroom has an attached bath with toilet and shower. The vanity area with mirror and sink are in the bedroom as you exit the bath. A wall of closets complete the side of the room offering ample storage.
The central bath offers a tub-shower combo, toilet and sink. This tends to be the main bath used by guests.
The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed, closet space and dresser. The light decor and positioning of furniture create a comfortable atmosphere.
A third section, across from the second room, has been set aside as an office area. Furnished with an antique gaming table and library chairs this is a great room for work or crafting
Once your settled in, we generally enter through the attached two car garage and laundry area. This doorway opens directly to the dining room/kitchen.
A conveniently located counter top acts as a bar area and the place to drop off groceries. Past the kitchen is a glass slider with a small patio and bbq area. We also hang the hummingbird feeder here and it’s fun to watch them make the daring dash closer.
The path from the kitchen dining room is wide open and leads to the living room. You can actually see the tv and fireplace from the kitchen. Stained glass windows flank the gas fireplace and add colorful whimsy. Two recliners and a sofa make relaxing that much more enjoyable. The living room is where the main entrance to the house is. There is a locking glass door at the front, oftentimes we open the main door and blinds and watch the world go by.
