The large pull through driveway provides all the off-street parking you could want without the added stress of a steep icy driveway during the winter. It can even accommodate an RV or boat with ease.
During warmer months, put your feet up and enjoy the crisp mountain air on the wrap-around balcony while immersing yourself in a great book. Take it up a notch with some good-natured family fun playing full-court basketball or beach volleyball right in your own yard. Want to get your competitive juices flowing but not conditioned to the altitude? Challenge a worthy opponent to horseshoes or a game of cornhole. * Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Trash: Dispose of trash at the designated clean site as required by city regulation.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
*You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.

Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
