The open-concept living room features a wood-burning fireplace, a large sectional sofa, and a 55" Smart TV — perfect for movie nights or just relaxing after a day out.



The game area with a full-size pool table is right off the living room, making it easy to keep everyone entertained. Dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi for those who need to stay connected.



The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and a coffee maker. An open dining area with seating for 6 flows into the kitchen, and the BBQ grill is just steps outside for cookouts.



Sleeping for up to 6: the primary suite has a queen bed with ensuite bath; a second bedroom has two twin beds; and the third is a queen guest bedroom. The standout for families is the race car trundle kids room — a sure hit with little ones. Two full bathrooms serve the home.

A personal vehicle is the best way to get around Decatur. The home offers free on-site parking and additional street parking available on the corner lot.
