Zell am See: Cosy apartment block "Holiday", 3 storeys. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre of Zell am See, in a sunny position on a slope, 2 km from the lake, directly by the skiing area. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "71" 400 m, railway station "Zell am See" 3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 2.5 km, thermal baths "Tauern Spa Kaprun" 10 km, bathing lake "Zeller See" 2.5 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities 50 m, slopes 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Schmittehöhe Zell am See 10 m, Kitzsteinhorn Kaprun 15 km. Ungünstige Raumnutzung
Die Wohnung war im Generellen für drei Personen ausreichend. Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass die Wohnung für vier Personen wohnbar ist. Eine sehr ungünstige Halbwand im Wohn- bzw. Schlafzimmer ist sehr störend und verkleinert den Raum zusätzlich. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, Gewürze zum Kochen zu wenig, wobei auch zu wenig Müllbeutel da waren. Die Wohnung lag im höchsten Teil von Schmitten und somit am weitesten weg von Zell am See, was den günstigen Preis rechtfertigt. Schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr freundliche Verwalterin!
Lage gut in der Nähe der Seilbahnstationen, leider nur mit Schneeketten sicher erreichbar (Problem: für 150 m sind Ketten an danach wieder abzulegen: also ungeeignet für flexible Trips mit dem KFZ in die Stadt/ Ski-Bus endet um 18:00 mit kl. Kindern aufgrund der Berglage von der Stadt aus nicht zu Fuss erreichbar/ da die Küchenlüftung kaum funktioniert und die Küche kein Außenfenster hat, gibt es ein Kochgeruchsproblem und das Problem klebbriger Schränke/ Die Außenzugangstreppe wurde nicht regelmäßig von Schnee u. Eis geräumt - insbesondere da auch noch eine Stufe gebrochen ist, ist die Zuwegung gefährlich /nicht geeignet für Behinderte, alte Menschen, Familien mit kleinen Kinder und auch nicht für alle diejenigen, die ohne ständigen Kettenwechsel KFz-mobil sein möchten
