We had a delightful 4 day stay, check in was effortless, communication was good, and the house was absolutely immaculate!! We had 2 small issues while staying and were addressed immediately!! Loved the individual a/c units and tv’s in every room!! Fantastic updated kitchen and bathrooms and extremely comfortable beds !!!

Reunion Getaway

Had a long weekend reunion with old college friends. The house was great for our large group (13 adults and 4 kids), plenty of space to spread out and play games, relax, prepare a great meal, etc. The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Nearby hiking and a very good local brewery were a plus. Would rent again!

This historic house was perfect for our group of 11. Huge backyard with fire pit and hot tub. It had a few quirk's as you would expect from an old house but that adds character. Plenty of room to be together for a meal in the dinning room or outside on the deck. But with so many bedrooms it was easy to have some alone time as well.

Very cool

The house and deck were huge, the grill was great, the hot tub was relaxing, the showers were super fancy, everything was new and updated. ACs in every room. We didn't have a host breathing down our neck which made it extremely non-stressful to stay here. The town was cute and there were a couple little restaurants down the road. Lots of hiking around the area too. We can't wait to go back!

The property has a lot going for it, BUT: The kitchen had 4 dinner forks (sleeps 16) No wine classes, but a wine refrigerator Limited cookware. Lots of towels, but only 2 washcloths Microwave was not secured The showers are elaborate, but need instructions on how to use Labels need to be put on switches Pool table not level Washing machine needs to be cleaned

Great Stay for 10 family members

We had a great stay with plenty of room for 10 family members along with plenty of offstreet parking for our 4 cars.! This is an older renovated home! Lina Management was easy to work with and responsive. House, deck and yard were clean with privacy fence and hedges around it all with a very LARGE yard. Great Firepit. Great Hottub. Great Deck outdoor table for 10+ people. Terrific Kitchen fully applianced with dishes pots pans etc Living room and Dining room huge Mini Billiard table was great for hours of fun. AC in each room of the house, so everyone had control of their own room temperature/comfort. Large tv in each bedroom and living room. plenty of closet space in each room. Large comfortable beds. There were 7 bedrooms and so we did not need them all. No problem for us, but it is located on the Main Street without sidewalks, and traffic is brisk. we did not hear road noise inside house. Only 3 minor issues upon arrival we noticed. 1. a basement window was broken when we arrived and the board covering it had fallen off onto the inner windowsill. That window still needs to be replaced. 2. there were some deep scratch damage to the walls in the living room area when we arrived. we notified Lina Management and they said no problem, they would take care of it all when we left in 2 days. 3. Front Load Washer in basement smelled moldy and needs a thorough cleaning, but I forgot to mention it to Lina Management. Overall a terrific vacation home to get away.

Beautiful home with reliable property manager

When we arrived we were shocked by how untouched the house looked. We quickly realized the hot tub was not in service which was a let down but after reaching out to the property manager he immediately offered a solution. The last night of our stay there was some plumbing issue and he got a plumber out to us within an hour. Id recommend this house more in the warmer weather but either way a scenic area with a town right down the road
