We are the only authorized exclusive booking agent for the Dawn Beach Club Resort. Check in for any units not Owner Occupied will be prohibited as it is against the timeshare owner contractual agreements.

Situated along the south-eastern shore of the Dutch side of the island, and just minutes from the Princess Julianna Airport, The Dawn Beach Club is nestled into the lush hillside and surrounded by miles of blue ocean water, acres of tropical foliage and sprawling white beaches.

A fun family beach vacation

The staff was uniformly terrific. The Ocean Terrace restaurant onsite was very good and the pool bar with food was a very nice amenity. The staff was amazing with my grandchildren and went out of their way to accommodate their various requests. The 3 bedroom unit was nicely appointed with very comfy beds and pillows. The cleaning staff kept the unit looking good and were there every day. There are some good restaurants close by as well as a French bakery for your morning croissants. There are 2 beautiful pools and beach access for sunbathing and swimming. All in all the whole family had a wonderful time.
