1st Floor:
- Master Bedroom One: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub
2nd Floor
- Master Bedroom Two: King Bed, Private Bathroom with Shower
- Bedroom Three: Two Twin Beds, Private Bathroom with Shower and Tub
- Bunk Room: Two Twin over Twin Bunk Beds (4 Twins Total) Shares bathroom with twin bedroom and half bath

Staying at 120 Sunflower grants you full use of WaterColor’s amenities: private beach access, resort pools, trails, tennis, dining, and community events. The property’s strategic location positions guests near Seaside, Camp WaterColor, and scenic dune lakes. All guests 5 and over are required to wear a wristband while enjoying resort amenities.
