Our gulf side Conservancy has 2 large tiki huts right on the beach with tables and chairs, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grills, and community beach chairs and loungers. Enjoy the 17 acres of our lush and tropical community, with 2 outdoor pools. Our 2nd floor (no elevator) condo unit was has one of the best water views on the Bayside, with 1000 feet of waterfront, boat house, docks, and a natural protected waterway. You can see dolphin, manatees, and snook right from the condo.
The condo is very open and bright, with full length sliders that open up to a secluded water view. The unit feels larger than a typical 1/1 condo with a rare design that utilizes space in a large open area. The kitchen is fully equipped with SS appliances, and large breakfast bar. The master bedroom is very spacious with new king size bed and en-suite bathroom, which also is accessible from hallway. The master has a glimpse of the Gulf waters to wake up to. Brand new total renovation in 2023 to enhance the coastal living feel. Our condo is walking distance to restaurants, and several stores, as well as a short bike ride or drive to St. Armands square or Downtown Sarasota. For your use: 2 beach cruiser bikes, beach cabana(Cool Cabana) large 8x8 (easy set up), beach umbrellas, folding backpack type lightweight beach chairs (Whitney Beach has beach chairs and loungers on the beach), pickleball raquets/balls, tennis rackets/balls, beach towels), and fishing poles. Enjoy your after dinner drinks at the our Whitney Beach boat house (chairs and tables available), picnic lunch or dinner under Tiki Huts on the beach(gas BBQ available), fish off boat dock or in the gulf or walk to one of 5 great restaurants, a coffee shop, or a cocktail lounge. **30 day minimum rental
