Flash Sale Late OCT - NOV take a peek

This property is a family-owned 800 square foot tower apartment on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a full kitchen, living area with a queen size sleeper sofa, and a bedroom with two queen size beds. It is part of the Zilli Collection. Each with the Zilli touch of amazing view, decor, (not typical wicker furniture, silly beach artifacts, 40 year old flooring, one SIZE fits all, etc.). We call it upscale coastal. The properties are more of a resort, 5 star hotel feel. We own an elegant upscale home next door, a penthouse unit, a direct walk out unit, along with 2 units with the option to connect into one suite.

You’ll find everything you need on-site from free WIFI to dishes, linens, towels and even a few extras you may need for your stay like puzzles and soap. There is a pool and a covered area with grills and picnic tables overlooking the beach. Hope to see you soon at one of my beautiful vacation homes. All you need is your bathing suit and a toothbrush. The beach is just steps away.

This resort is not a place of public accommodation as defined by the ADA and, therefore, does not meet the accessibility requirements of the ADA. We had a great time in Longboat Key. Our host Jim was great… his communication with us was awesome… Everything from giving us some suggestions on where to have dinner to taking care of anything that was needed in our unit. Very comfortable clean place to stay. We would highly recommend this place

The place was exactly as described and the perfect location for a 4-day getaway. Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean and short walk to get your feet in the sand.The condo was very comfortable and the location was great to get to stores and restaurants with a short drive.

With the exception of the weather, which cannot be controlled, it was a very nice getaway. The unit was comfortable and offered all the amenities needed for our stay. Our host could not have been anymore attentive to any issue that was encountered of which there was only the initial operation of the TV and coasters to put glasses on so as not to damage furniture.

You can not get any closer to the beach than this. The view, the room and our property manager were all amazing. ZERO complaints. Can't wait to go back.

Girls getaway

It was awesome. We were allowed to check in a few hours early… the place was nice and clean.. And just steps away from the beach which was awesome! The beach was so beautiful and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing short of amazing

Communication with owner is top notch! Condo is beautiful, sparkling clean, gorgeous views, easy access to so many cities. Beach is amazing…tons of chairs, beach toys, space(even on a “busy” Saturday). You absolutely can’t go wrong renting this condo!

Our family loved it here! It was perfect. We saw manatee and dolphins. The view is spectacular! It was our first stay on Longboat Key and Jim made everything easy. He is easy to contact if you have questions and provides tons of useful information! We hope to be back very soon!

Gorgeous view!

Beautiful condo overlooking a private beach on the Gulf. That says it all! Jim is very attentive to detail and communication. The condo is spotless, well cared for, and has many amenities.

Incredible family get away!

We loved our stay at 202 Turtle Crawl Inn. The property was clean and furnished beautifully, and the beds were SO comfortable! (This was definitely a plus, bc so often VRBO stays have been hit or miss on bed comfort.) The views from the unit simply can’t be beaten. Mr Zilli was very accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure our check in and check out processes, our stay, and our entire vacation was exactly what we needed. We will definitely be repeat customers of the Zilli properties!! Thank you!

Beautiful Location, Super Communicative Manager

We were in town for just 2 nights for a wedding. We were able to get in some beach time as well as enjoy time on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The unit itself if very nicely done. It is comfortable and was perfect for my wife and me. The property manager is a super communicator and excellent with information about the property as well as the area. We felt very welcomed and cared for.

A wonderful Thanksgiving visit

This was our first visit to Longboat Key, and this condo is the perfect location with great amenities. The grounds are well maintained, the pool is clean and private, the beach chaise lounges are available to everyone, shufffleboard and a putting green are also on the property. The condo itself has recently been renovated throughout and the owner spared no expense. It is updated with style. The owner is very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have.

Great stay in November

Outstanding property. So clean and every thing we needed for our stay including clean beach towels and chairs. Jim was a great host. Very engaging and He made sure we had everything we needed. Traveling with my 83 year olds mother who was worried about the virus. We found the room spotless and very clean. Ate in every meal and had everything we needed to make 5 star meals every night. Even got in the beautiful pool. Will definitely be back to stay at Jim’s place.

Loved Our Vacation!

Wow! From the time we booked til our last day, Jim was right on top of things! We had an amazing week with beautiful weather and gorgeous sunsets every night! This is the perfect location on this stretch of the Island. Our favorite places to eat that we loved are Star Fish Company in Cortez. Dry Dock Waterfront Grill, Miguel’s in Sarasota and The Blue Marlin in Bradenton Beach. We will definitely be coming back! Jim was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed! Very quick response to any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay to the max and thank you to Jim for sharing your sweet condo on the beach! It was a wonderful time! We’ll be back for sure!

Great Location, Great Host

This was the perfect location for a mid-August getaway. The beach is beautiful and the condo has perfect views. While housed in an older building, the condo itself is updated and modern. Jim is a conscientious host who provides excellent communication and recommendations for how to enjoy the area. He responds to questions quickly. We do have a minor quibble with the choice of "daylight" bulbs (rather than soft white) in many of the lighting fixtures. This tends to give an otherwise beautiful condo a bit of an institutional feel. All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better.
