Wir haben uns in diesem schön eingerichteten kleinen Haus , wo es trotzdem viel Platz gab, sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem haben wir ein gemütliches Abendessen vor dem Kamin oder einen sonnigen Nachmittag in dem schön angelegten Garten ( mit vielen Gartenmöbeln) sehr genossen. Netter Empfang und Verabschiedung durch Jeanne.

Sehr gute Umgebung, sehr schöner Strand, netter Willkommensgruß, stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Haus ist etwas feucht, man muss den Kamin heizen und gut lüften. Sonst ein erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Très jolie maison dans un petit village au calme....Très propre et décoration cosy..rien de négatif à dire...de plus la dame "Jeanne" qui nous a fait visiter au nom de d'Isabelle lapropriétaire était très agréable et très gentille....la plage à proximité est un bijoux....la Bretagne en bord de mer un régal pour les yeux et détente assurée....le temps était au rendez vous ...superbes vacances dans un havre de paix....

Die Wohneinheit ist in Realität, wie sie online dargestellt wird. Das Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet, hat alle essentiellen Dinge, die man braucht. Beispielsweise ist die Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr, Gläsern und Besteck ausgestattet. Der kleine Garten ist ein hübscher Bonus zur Wohnung: ein Grill ist nutzbar, es gibt Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Kommunikation mit Isabelle, der Vermieterin, und Jeanne, die uns vor Ort begrüßt und alles gezeigt hat, war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Lage in Cléder war insofern gut, da ganz in der Nähe eine Bäckerei, ein Metzger und eine tolle Pizzeria liegen. Zudem ist auch ein Supermarchée schnell erreichbar und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Weil das Appartement an einer Ortsausfahrt liegt, mag es manch einem Gast zu laut sein. Uns hat der (mäßige) Verkehr nicht gestört. Unser Auto konnten wir ganz bequem in der Einfahrt parken - auch prima! Rundum haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das "Petite Maison Proche Bourg" gern weiter.

Zunächst: das Häuschen war nett eingerichtet und sauber. Check-in hat prima geklappt. WLAN gut und Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleines Gärtchen mit Ausstattung OK. Aber: bei unserer Ankunft roch das ganze Haus fast unerträglich intensiv nach Febreeze. Wollte man einen ab und an durchscheinenden Modergeruch überdecken? Erst nach vier Tagen war der Desinfektionsgeruch fast weg. Größeres Aber: in dem kleinen Städtchen lag das Haus an einer kleinen Straße, die aber - kaum zu glauben - enorm stark von LKWs, rasenden Traktoren und ab und an von pubertierenden Motorradlern befahren und tagsüber (so ab 6 Uhr morgens) vom Lärm her kaum Erholung zuließ. Wir fahren da nicht mehr hin. Carola und Eugen

La maison se trouve en bordure de route , c'est un peu bruyant ,

On trouve le matelas très dur,manque une poêle,la hotte ne fonctionne pas.Manque machine a laver ,fer a repasser. Autrement très jolie petite location. Extérieur très sympa. Propriétaire très sympathique,avec un petit présent d'accueil sur la table.

Quelques jours passés dans cette petite maison tres belle et tres bien décorée. Pour ce qui concerne le confort rien à dire. Pas de télévision,un vrai bonheur. Tout à disposition. Les points faibles, une odeur de renfermée très désagréable même insupportable, une panne d'eau chaude le ballon d'eau est trop petit. Les volets et la porte ont besoin de beaucoup d entretient.

Logement cosy près de belles plages

Idéal pour deux personnes, ce logement est très confortable et bien décoré. Il permet de recevoir car très bien équipé en vaisselle et un jardin très accueillant pour faire un barbecue. Super emplacement pour profiter de la région et des plages. Je recommande !

Drie weken in Cléder

Excellent gelegen om het mooie Bretagne te ontdekken. Aangenaam dorpje met warme bakker en slager. Supermarkt op vijf minuten rijden. Ideaal! Maar... Zeer vochtig huis! Overal verdoken schimmel en roest, een voortdurend muffe geur. Zelfs bij thuiskomst hing de geur nog in alle kledij en koffers. Als je pech hebt dat je de handdoeken niet kan buiten hangen, heb je voor een volgende douchebeurt geen droge handdoek. Dan heb je nog: - Een voordeur die heel moeilijk toe te krijgen is, je vingers zitten gekneld tussen muur en slot. - Een warmwatersysteem waar je vier minuten tijd hebt om te douchen. - Bij aankomst was de douche heel smerig. De foto's van de douche na onze poetsbeurt spreken boekdelen maar dan nog stuitten we op ongeloof bij de eigenaar. Geen excuses of tegemoetkoming. Weet wel: we eisen geen luxe maar wel netheid.
