Disappointment.
Could be a nice little place but maintenance over the years has been neglected and the electrical system needs to be brought up to cope with today’s usage. For instance using a hairdryer should not cause the main circuit to blow frequently, which it did. The drains have not been maintained over the years and there was an issue with the water backing up after we left. The garburetor in the kitchen didn’t work, and I had to use a plunger multiple times in the month we were there to clear the kitchen sink. The toilet float valve malfunctioned while we were there and while at first the owner “fixed” it, the toilet kept running until a new float valve was installed.
On the other hand, the beds were very comfortable and the owner and her son responded quickly to all calls. I just got fed up having to call so often. And, by the way, they watch you by camera. Rather creepy that.
