5 * home. Fabulous Florida feeling inside & outside. Come and soak-in what you expect Tampa Florida to be! * Kitchen & main bath beautifully renovated January 2023. Two full baths, master split with private full bath. New furniture, new appliances, Roku TV's in two bedrooms and large flat-screen in living room with soundbar. Fast internet. Great private tropical back yard with shaded patio and grill. Security system and driveway for 3 cars. Location is central - Airport (25 mins), Busch Gardens & Adventure Island (15 mins), downtown (10 mins ), Bay beaches (20 mins), Gulf beaches (45 mins), USF & UT (15 mins ), Zoo (10 mins ). Hard Rock (15 mins), Ybor City (15 mins) Several great local restaurants minutes away. Please read reviews to see that this home is highly liked by all who have stayed here. Lovely Spot

We were in town for a week painting murals and this was the perfect place to return to after a hot day of work. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a low key and comfortable spot.

Memorial Day Weekend

Had a great overall experience! Met the property owners the night we checked in, and he gave us a little walk through! Enjoyed barbecuing in the back yard! Movie nights where also a complete success! Had a great time and cannot wait to visit again!
