Very fun house - Great vacation

This is a clean and convenient home that's an easy walk to the beach or restaurants on Manasota Key! Nice floor plan and back yard. Would stay there again.

Great stay!

The house has everything you need and is in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. Alex was very responsive and the recent updates to the house are really nice. This is our second stay at the house and we would definitely stay there again!

Truly an Oasis

This is our second time staying here. It’s incredibly convenient to bring our dog and it’s a super close walk to the beach. There are restaurants and other amenities nearby, but this beach has a more secluded and less commercial vibe.

Anniversary celebration in paradise

Our week staying at Tropical Oasis was amazing. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy, backyard is fenced and landscaped - and perfect for evening cookouts! We will definitely be back!

21st Birthday vacation

Family vacation for our sons 21st birthday. Being able to bring our dog was very important to us and my son so this was great. Location to all the bars and resturants was perfect and the access to the beach and state park was huge. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen area and the outside grille was great for needs.

Awesome house!

This place was perfect for my family and doggies! Very clean and updated. Spacious fenced in backyard was perfect to play games and roast s’mores. We were able to grill outside and cook in the kitchen with ease. It was a short walk to the beach. I would stay again!

Beach house

The house was great , clean and had everything we needed. The only problem I’d say was lighting. What was there was dim. A few lamps in bedrooms and living room would be nice . The owners were great and were available with one call. We’d definitely rent this house again!

Enjoyable stay

This is our second year staying at Tropical Oasis. The hosts are outstanding and so accommodating and kind. The house is very clean and is much larger than the pictures indicate. It’s has separate gathering areas so you can be playing a game at one table, watching a show and barbecuing outside without being on top of one another. The house is well stocked with kitchen, bathroom items as well as beach items. The backyard privacy fence is great to feel safe and private. The beach is a very short distance away and easily walkable. The house is on a main road but never loud or rowdy. 5 star vacation home that we highly recommend!

Beach Weekend!

We had a great time at Alex's place. The house is only a few blocks from a private (make sure to to walk north or south to avoid the private beach signs) beach. The place is perfect if you are looking for a quiet escape. There are a few fun restaurants on Manasota Key, but we highly recommend taking a drive to Farlows for some fresh seafood.

Great trip!

The place was clean and very well stocked. The yard was great for my dogs! Short walk to stump pass! Just be careful where you set up on the beach coming from the access down the street as there are a lot of private property signs you don't want to sit in front of. Other than that everything was perfect!

Amazing Owner and Home!

What an amazing Owner! We had a request that was quickly responded to via email before we even checked in. The pics on line do not do this house justice. It’s larger than the pics look and has everything you’d need as a renter. The Owner thought of so many extras and takes great care of his home as it’s spotless. There are many seating areas to eat or visit and plenty of storage, parking and the backyard area is nice. The diagram shows a bit of a walk to the beach but it’s very close and is the next street over. We usually stay beachfront so I was concerned about this but it was a nice short walk to your private paradise. Also being off of Gulf Blvd it was very quiet even during the Fourth of July weekend! 5-star for this Owner and Tropical Oasis! Thank you!

Relaxing Family Vacay

This house was perfect for our family of 3. It is cozy and comfortable and kitchen had all necessities for cooking in. It is super close to several restaurants and all had great live music each night! The property is dog friendly and we are already planning our next stay! The owner made everything super simple and was quick to respond to emails!

Perfect for our stay!

This place was exactly as stated in the listing. The check-in process was easy and Alex was responsive and friendly. I loved how spacious the rooms were and how the place could be configured in a way that worked for our group. The separate living room has a sliding door that isn't mentioned and it was perfect to block off our children when they were playing inside while taking a break from the beach - aka being too loud for the adults :) All of the necessities were available and there were plenty of extra linens, pillows, towels, and blankets. We didn't use the back yard much but it is a perfect space for hanging out. Do note that the backyard is not fully closed in. We brought a small dog so we just had to watch her during our stay. No big deal though. There is plenty of parking and the washer and dryer came in handy. Loved our time. Thank you! -Amber C.

Retirement Vacation

Tropical Oasis was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, well stocked and adorable. The location is perfect for access to restaurants with music within walking distance and grocery stores just over the bridge. Englewood area has a lot to offer. Alex was responsive when we had questions. We would not hesitate to stay at Tropical Oasis again!

Englewood Beach area is a nice laid back place much different from Naples/Sarasota/Venice Perfect house for beach//boating access Enough room for four adults to have a comfortable time

Fantastic hosts

This was a great property so convenient to the ocean. We had family staying walking distance away to the beach, so this was perfect. Home was clean, lots of access to necessities, and hosts were responsive. I would recommend this property highly!

Better than the description!

Just a quick zig zag walk to the Private beach access or 10 minutes walk to Stump Pass. Great accommodations & thoughtful host. Toiletries, towels Q-tips, T-fal cookware and Firewood for the Fire ring! Clean gas grill with extra tank!. 5 Minutes to Englewood and walkable to several restaurants! Walk to the fishing pier & catch your own dinner! Quick response and a super host! Glad we stumbled across this gem & will plan another trip back!

This property is a gem that’s off the high traffic areas, a close walk to the beach, and near all the amenities. Clean and has room to stretch out, even with 6 adults.
