All good things! We had a great week. The home is set up with everything you could need and more. We felt welcomed and at home as soon as we arrived. Trevor was quick to answer questions and troubleshoot when there was a slight problem with the pool. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing rental!! Loved everything about this bungalow; the space, the location, the cleanliness, the pool, the proximity to the beach, and even the decor! Host was great and definitely recommend this rental!

This is a great little house that feels bigger than it is. Very clean, fully equipped and all updated. Very short walk to the beach and lots of beach chairs, umbrellas and the pool is fun. Fun beach to visit and a great host/property.

Great home with everything you need to enjoy a beach vacation. The location was amazing and the home was perfect. We enjoyed all the amenities ( bikes, beach gear, kitchen tools , beach towels) and appreciated the small touches like the welcome basket that made the stay even better. We will be back for sure!

Our stay at Coco Bungalow was amazing! Communication was excellent, the house was exactly as advertised, and the location was second to none. I brought my three teenage daughters down for a week for vacation before school started back up. The only bad part was leaving. We all agreed that this is our new "go to" house on Manasota Key. We loved it and can't wait to return!

Communication from the host was excellent. Coco Bungalow is stocked with anything you may need to feel right at home on the beach. When we arrived I was absolutely impressed with the cleanliness of the house both inside and out. We've stayed at a few different places on the Key and this one can't be beat. The location is perfect!

We’ve been vacationing on the gulf coast every summer for the last 15 years. Everywhere from Siesta Key down to Marco Island. My teenagers voted this the best place we’ve ever stayed and their favorite trip. The house was so beautiful and had everything and more you could think of needing. The pool was amazing. The beach wasn’t crowded.The bikes were a huge hit for the teens.The restaurants on Manasota Key are amazing.You can rent so many things right down the road. We did jet skis and a boat, so much fun shelling around the area, we found some amazing shells. Dolphins and Manatees were all around us too. It was so hard to leave!

This is the perfect place to have a week at the beach! We loved the pool and outdoor shower the most. We used the bikes and the beach chairs. Short walk to the beach. We rode the bikes to the beach to watch the sunset each night which was fun. Stocked and clean. We would for sure come back. Thanks!

We LOVED our stay at the Coco Bungalow. Trevor was a perfect host - reaching out in the days before our trip to ensure our needs would be met upon arrival and quickly triaging a small challenge we had on our end getting into the property (user error, not related to the rental). The property itself was immaculate and met all of our needs - large, well stocked kitchen; comfortable beds; open floor plan for visiting with family; great selection of bicycles and beach amenities. The pool was warm and clean. Proximity to the quiet, low traffic beach couldn't be beat (2-minute walk)! Note: Don't be dissuaded by the house only having one shower. There is also a pristine outdoor shower that can function as a primary shower (not just a beach rinse off). We plan on returning to this beautiful property! Thank you, Trevor!

This place is a GEM!! My family spend 9 nights here at the Bungalow and cannot express how great this property is. It has everything, and I do mean everything! The house and property is spotless, smells clean, and in perfect condition. The pool was amazing, and stayed clean, and good temps thanks to the enclosure and the temp controlled water. The walk to the beach is 2 minutes to beautiful beach and water. The chairs, tents, toys, bikes, buggy were all like new condition and we were able to make the most of it and use them all. Loved riding the bikes at sunset. We also used the grill and all a lot of the well stocked kitchen for our cooking needs. This is THE place to stay on the key, and we will be back!

We had such a wonderful time at Coco Bungalow! It was a family vacation we will not soon forget! We have already talked about returning and Mom coming back with friends for a Girls trip! This home had everything we needed and then some! Host was fantastic and quick to respond. The pool was amazing to relax in after a hot day at the beach! All of the little details did not go unnoticed! Short walk to a more private part of the beach was great to avoid the more crowded public beach access. We found sooo many sharks teeth! We will definitely be back to enjoy this property again! Hopefully soon!

Coco Bungalow is newly renovated and everything is new and clean and I mean clean. This home is well stocked with dishes and towels etc… The house was very easy to find and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach. We found plenty of sharks teeth here. Instructions for entering the house and leaving were easy and Trevor is very easy to talk with. We had a couple of questions and he responded very quickly. They also welcomed us with a gift card for our 45th anniversary. They also welcome everyone with a bucket filled with assorted goodies like sunscreen, keurig coffee pods, mouthwash etc… Highly recommended.

The home is amazing. We had been to the home prior to the complete rebuild , and the improvements that have been made are great . The home is very well appointed . An outdoor private hot/cold shower under the stars is definitely the best. The backyard heated saltwater pool is very useful. There also is a b b q, in the yard, bikes, beach chairs , shell scoop , are all provided . The host has information on lots of attractions in the area. The home is very convenient to all amenities , in Englewood area . We will definitely be returning. Had a great vacation.

It was a dream home! The photos do not lie, the home is even more beautiful in person! 1 minute walk to the beach. The bicycles were fun to ride to the local restaurants for dinner. The pool was crystal clear. The outside shower was a huge bonus! We used it everyday to keep the sand from coming inside. The hosts were wonderful, sent pictures of the ever changing pass…. Booking was easy. If you’re looking for calm, quiet, uninterrupted beauty without all the noise and hustle, this home and location is for you! My 16 year old daughter said it was her favorite home yet. We have been coming to the islands here for years staying at many homes. This one has such comfort and charm. The abundance of large shark teeth on the beach were a huge bonus for her to find in between all her scuba dives. Thank you Trevor, or stay was amazing!

We didn't want to leave! Day before checkout we actually checked the booking calendar to see if we could stay longer, but sadly it was already booked. House was absolutely adorable and didn't lack a thing. Tip: If you can't find the garbage bags, check the tall cabinets on the opposite side of the the sliding glass doors. We couldn't find those for the longest time and thought it was odd given how well stocked the house was. lol. Communication with Trevor was great. Very responsive and helpful! Loved all the small, extra touches around the house. Especially the welcome basket--an adorable little beach bucket and shovel with coffee pods and thoughtful extras! We've been home less than two weeks and are already wanting to go back. Thank you Trevor for a wonderful vacation!

What a darling place!! We were in Englewood to visit family and this place popped up for our short notice trip. Such a great surprise! Our family of five spent three nights in the Cocoa Bungalow. This place is brand new from the ground up while maintaining the quaint bones of a Manasota Key structure. From a fully stocked kitchen (including new spices) to outdoor beach equipment, there wasn’t a necessity missed. The decor is on point with elegant textures and colors while adding in thoughtful details (loved the ‘Florida Man’ art and the wallpaper accents). The salt water pool was heated as was the outdoor shower making it convenient to rinse off three kids. Even with our visit being for family, we would love to return for a full spring break if the word doesn’t get out on this cute spot!
