Escape to your vacation beachside oasis in this quiet quaint community, Fully furnished Mediterranean townhome located only steps to the Beach and river! This comfortable 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms townhome accommodates up to 4 people comfortably. This home features a gated private courtyard with separate entry to a 1 car garage. Downstairs features a remodeled half bath, inside laundry and office nook. Walk upstairs you will find a 2 bedrooms, king bed in master and queen bed in guest room. Both bedrooms have huge walk-in closets.
Our family townhome is available for monthly rental year round from 3 to 9 months rentals. If your preferred dates are unavailable, please contact me for more details.

Tuesday is our designated trash day. Trash is to be put out no earlier than Monday evening and emptied containers are to be placed back inside Tuesday

Daytona Beach Shores

We had a great three month stay at this townhouse. The house was comfortable and had most everything we needed. Great proximity to the beach and lots of things to do in the area.

"no more hotels"

During our stay at Sea Havens, my husband said "no more hotels for us in Daytona". It was by far one of the best accommodations our family has had while staying in Daytona. Everyone had plenty of space (including 2 walk-in closets), and it was the cleanest!! Beach access was minutes away and the pool was only steps from our door. Sonya was great to communicate with, and she allowed us to reschedule at the last minute when the weather put a damper on our original plans for Daytona. All around a great experience, and Sea Havens will become an annual stay for us!

great location and extremely well managed

Close to everything great pool and walk to the beach. Management was responsive within minutes of messaging them, will definitely be staying again when back in the area!
