Family villa on 2 levels with beautiful exteriors and breathtaking views. On the ground floor, you will have access to 2 double bedrooms, both with views, air conditioning, dressing room, private shower room and an additional room to sleep 2 children.
On the ground floor, you will find a very large living room with a splendid view on the Esterel, Smart TV and Chromecast (fireplace not available); equipped kitchen and pantry; dining room that can accommodate 6 to 14 people and a corridor leading to the 3 other bedrooms. The first two have direct access to the terrace, queen size bedding, dressing room and air-conditioning; the last bedroom being very pleasant, particularly cool even in summer. A shower room en suite and a 4th for the last two bedrooms.
Each shower room has its own toilet, with a 5th available for guests.
Outside, you will appreciate the terrace which surrounds the house and where you will find a large table (14pax), sofas to admire the sunset all together as well as a more intimate space with stone table, beautiful bougainvilliers and the BBQ at disposal (outside oven and fire forbidden by the municipality).
Down below, you will not be able to count the hours spent next to the big pool (11,5x5,2) enjoying the deckchairs and the pool house (fridge, hob, shower, toilet) as well as the pétanque court.

The ideal location of Mandelieu will allow you to reach Théoule in a few minutes as well as Cannes, Nice and its airport, St Tropez and Monaco via the motorway at less than 5mn.


You will have the capacity to park two vehicles in the courtyard, one of which is under cover. Possibility to park more vehicles in front of the house if it does not disturb the neighbours' access to their property (year round residents).
