The stay was good , there were just a few things that weren’t satisfying. For one the overall cleanliness of the property wasn’t that great . Upon arrival we found a few bugs in the house . There were multiple dead gnats in the pool . The pictures of this property make it look a lot better than it does in person . The overall stay was good but it could’ve been better

Family vacation

House was just as described. Family loved it. The pool and spa was amazing as well as the on site bar pool and waterslide. Host was very responsive and quick to assist with the one inconvenience. Highly recommend.

Nice stay

This home was just as described. It worked great for our large group. Some basic wear and tear, with just the basic amenities. The owner was very responsive during our stay and even let us stay linger due to flight adjustments.

Amazing place! The best vacation

This house is breathtaking. So spacious and there was ample room for our 3 family's stay for a week. Everything was so clean, and communication with the host was prompt. It was amazing having a private pool right in the backyard, but we also took advantage of the resort pool/waterslides when we wanted a change of scene. The lazy river was such a nice touch! It was nice that house had everything we needed like cooking supplies, towels, shampoo etc. The in-house laundry, and a TV in every bedroom was so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We loved everything about this place. Location is really good within 15 minutes of attractions, conveniently located near eateries. We never had any problems everything was great. We will definitely recommend this place.

We had a great time at this home. Plenty of room for 8 adults and 5 kids. My only complaint is the, main pool area. They didn't allow you to bring in water, sandwiches or snacks for the kids. We had a 1 year old, 2 year old, 2 - 3years olds and a 6 year old. They wanted you to buy everything from them. The food was gross and the drinks were expensive. They have these security people walking around acting like the snack police. That really turned me off. The house was wonderful but the main pool rules sucked.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who needs a VRBO in Orlando. Absolutely gorgeous!

Family Vacation

We chose the home as it was large enough to accommodate 15 adults. The home is very spacious, clean and in a nice resort community. We had a 6 month old also staying with us and the host ensured we had a crib, stroller and accessories available for our stay. We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation.

Awesome Stay

I booked this property for my family for Thanksgiving 2024 and it was awesome. The house was clean, and it had enough space for all 19 of my family members. The kids really enjoyed the pool and We loved how it was gated and could protect them from falling in. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, the minor issues we had was some trash left on side of the bed in one of the rooms and the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. Other than that we really enjoyed this beautiful location. Thank you all for having us.

Fantastic property and location

This house was perfect for our golfing group of 8. The 8 bedrooms were all very well appointed. The common area in the kitchen and pool deck and pool were also perfect for our group. This house was in really condition throughout and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery, etc. The only upgrade I would suggest was the BBQ. We used the grill several times and it needs to be cleaned or replaced. All and all one of the best properties we have rented. Will not hesitate to book the property again next time in central Florida with a large group.

My stay at the resort was amazing. A newly built home near many comunities, close to convinent places, etc. The pool was calming and relaxing, with a nice bqq area. Amazing bedrooms had an at home feel. The kids loved the gaming room. A really nice and relaxing place, ill come again.

House was amazing. Communication with host was very timely, usually within an hour and location/amenities was perfect for the family. While the location is somewhat close to Disney traffic always seemed to be heavier than expected however during spring break time frame was reasonable. Would recommend this property to others and even possibly rent again.

The stay itself was awesome. The only complaint is the checkin process at the gate which was horrible! The police had to be called because people were getting in front of other cars without permission!

Great house!

This house was perfect for our stay. I booked it for me and some coworkers while we visited Orlando for a conference. It gave us room to ourselves but also provided opportunities to get to know each other a little better and talk about what we learned each day. We I’ll. Be back!!!

Excellent place/Owner/Manager

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay at the same location again. Had a good time with friends and family, from time on the pool as we grilled to personal times in the rooms with each bedroom having its own Large 4K smart TV. I communicated with both the owner and property manager and they had prompt responses. I loved the place and location with reasonably priced stores like Aldi. Walmart, Target and dollar tree all within 3 miles to the property. I highly recommend this property rental.

Great for groups!

Our group of moms had a great stay. The house has ample rooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their space. The host was very responsive. It is your typical rental neighborhood in Orlando and the community pool was very busy. The home provides only the bare minimum so be sure to bring things like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and essential cooking items. It was a bit farther from the main areas of Kissimmee than we anticipated but overall a great house for large groups.
