First and foremost this home was everything I was looking for and more. Spacious, entertainment, and cleanliness. The host, Kameron, made this chose soo much more a delight. He was at every question and request I asked for. If every man was like this (LOL), but a wonderful host. Accommodations,stores near, and the information for the pools in the area, just informing of all you need. The pictures are just like the home, kitchen had all we needed. Definitely will reach out to this Kameron for any homes he host.

Fantastic spacious home in a wonderful location. House is as described and what photos show. Kameron is an excellent communicator answering all questions promptly. We had 17 people and we never felt cramped. Plenty of seating inside and outside on back porch. Game room was great for all ages. a few minor issues not even worth mentioning. Would definitely stay at this home again for another family reunion.

FAMILY VACATION

This property was just like the pictures. Everything was nice. We had a setback with the pool, but the host Kameron was well aware and stayed on top of it, kept us informed about the situation. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, met nice neighbors from all over. from

Would stay again!

The game room was such a hit with the kids! The pool never got warm, but our stay was cold anyway so no biggie. Host is very quick to respond and the house was very clean, any issues were made known before arrival, we had a great time and would stay again.

This house was amazing, Kameron was awesome , ive been doing a bday trip in October for years and always through Vrbo, everything was so good and weve decided that this was our best trip ever. I believe Kameron to be an honest man with honest intentions and we will definitely will be back.

Large family house

Our stay was really nice and comfortable. The photos in the listing is exactly as it was found. This house is large enough for us to spread out. There were 15 in our group. The kitchen is very well equipped. We would surely rebook the next time we decide to family vacation in that area. Thank you Kameron!

Very enjoyable vacation!

Kameron was kind and informative! The house was very clean and just as pictured! My kids loved the game room and themed bedrooms. We had a little trouble with the hot tub and pool not heating when we arrived, but Kameron had someone come out and fix it right away! Would definitely stay there again 😁

The Family Trip

Great home for our family of 20!

We fully enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There were 20 of us, with ages that ranged from 6 years old to 80 years old. Everyone was able to find their own private space and spend time with the family together in this spacious home. There were 2 sets of washer/dryers, which was a lifesaver since our children used the pool every day. Everyone had a blast in the game room as well. I fully recommend this stay for a large busy family!

Extended Family Vacation

We had 15 people in our group including grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. The youngest was very excited about staying in the princess room and the other 3 enjoys the Mickey Room and Mario themed rooms. The kids made a lot of use of the game room and everyone enjoyed the heated pool. Communication and expectations were clear and prompt. We ran into one issue which the owner was quick to respond to and fix. We all agreed we would absolutely stay at this home again if we vacation in Orlando.

Overall stay was horrible. Pool did not work. Kiddos did not get to swim for the stay. We were never been told that the pool was not working. The day of going to the villa, landlord finally told us that pool lights were not working. Found out from the pool cleaner people that the pump is also not working along with the hot tub. It was disgusting as the pool was not filtering so kids did not get to swim. Home was infested with German cockroaches. When you cook in the home, they come out and it was disgusting. Some tvs were not working. Overall we stayed there and rented the place for 7 days and kids did not get to swim until the last day when the pool was fixed. So disappointed in this. Worst place ever.

Amazing week !

We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the sun , pool, Disney , Universal. We travelled with multiple families with children ranging from 4-14. The kids had a blast in the games room and in the pool. There was a ton of space in the house and all adults had their own bathroom attached to their bedroom which was amazing. The pool heat worked beautifully (in my experience with houses in Florida , it doesn’t work well elsewhere) The hot tub got hot and in the night when the temp dropped a bit outside , the pool was comfortable. The boys so appreciated the PS5s in the games rooms when they wanted to chill out. We also used the club house main pool a couple times which was very nice but the pool and privacy was so nice at the house we didn’t feel the need to go there more than twice . The only improvement I could see for this house is the mattresses in a couple of the rooms . The Paris room on the main floor felt like a deflated air mattress so the couple staying in that room moved to an upstairs room . Overall a lovely house for a fun, relaxing trip. Oh - the owner also reached out before check in, after check in, and right before check out to see if anything was needed and give clear information. I didn’t need them for anything since everything was great but good to know they were accessible. I’ll be back sometime for sure :)

House was perfect for the 14 people we had for our long weekend. This was our second time reserving this home. Very spacious. Lots of inside and outside seating. Most beds are comfortable. Great game room. Very clean. perfect host who always replies to requests and questions in a timely manner.

We really enjoyed the 7 days we stayed Fairytale Escape. The girls enjoyed the princess room while the boys liked the large Mickey Mouse bedroom with its three double/queen beds. The Mario themed game room with its 3 tvs allowed us to duel at Mario Kart with our 3 switches (one per tv). The pool is so neat to have right there and the extra water park access was really fun too. It was so much fun! Drive to disney was 20-30 minutes, Universal was a bit longer but driveable. Castlegate is near I-4 which helps with access. Publix is very close and walmart is easily reached on the way home from the parks.

Celebrated my grandson’s 10th birthday in Florida. This property accommodated 28 people comfortably including 2 infants. The property is exactly as it is listed. Check-in was easy! The host answered every question I had and accommodated each request promptly. Kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable and plenty of towels. During the stay the host reached out to make sure everything was going great. Neighborhood was very friendly and the waterpark stole the show for 11 children and my adult children! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you for hosting my family!

We had a great time with our 28 person group. The game room and house pool were perfect for all the kids. Lots of spaces to hang out. Walkable to the community pool, which was super fun. One hour drive to universal with traffic which was a little far but doable

Biennial Family Trip

Our family of 18 made many wonderful memories over the 11 days that we were at Kameron’s house. There were some issues that we won’t get into but one of them that I want to bring to the attention of others is the noisy construction of three level apartment buildings being built immediately behind the house and neighborhood. Hopefully by now, three weeks after our stay, crews will be working inside and not in the framing, roofing and outside of the buildings. No more backyard privacy!

Family Disney Vacation

We went as a family (grandparents and 3 families with kids) to Florida to visit Disney. The layout of the house was perfect for us. Each family unit had their own bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of common space as well. The kids especially loved the game room and the resort pool and water slides. Kitchen was well stocked and the owner was extremely responsive.

Family Disney trip

Lots of space with plenty of room for our group. We enjoyed to pool, hot tub and hanging out in the living space. The themed rooms were great. Our grandkids loved the game room and spent every morning in there before heading off to Disney. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans and glassware. Kids dishes and cups as well. We loved that it had two laundry areas both with full-size washer and dryers. Host was very responsive. Publix was just a few minutes away. We would stay here again.
