The house was very clean and well maintained and spacious for our family of 6 adults. The backyard was wonderful. We used the spa and the fire pit and the grill. It was a wonderful stay.

Great location. Two couches lots of towel. The beds were comfortable. We didn’t use the hot tub walked around the neighborhood. Unfortunately, one of the beds had stained sheets, and there were dirty blankets in the closet of a different bedroom and a dirty margarita cup under a bed. Very convenient as we went to Joshua Tree.

Thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed the location, comfortable beds, and convenience of being close to Joshua Tree. We also appreciate you bringing the housekeeping issues to our attention. What you described is not the standard we strive for, and we've addressed the feedback with our team. Since your stay, all of the linens in the home have been replaced as part of our ongoing efforts to keep the property in excellent condition for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Great location and space!

The property is in a fantastic location, in between the Joshua Tree Visitor Center and the entrance gate. Can walk to the area restaurants and shops. Had a great amount of space, each of the 4 bed rooms were nice. Back yard was really nice!

Perfect location & everything you need!

This is a perfect house for a weekend away with a group of friends or family. Walking distance to JT shops and restaurants and about 30 minute drive to the park. Overall, perfect experience and easy check in and checkout process.

Convenient location, comfortable beds, clean house, well-stocked kitchen for those who like to cook. Despite the inclusion of "Pet Friendly" under "Amenities", once rented all subsequent info stated "NO PETS" -- very misleading. Minor maintenance issues (clogged tub drain, oven & patio door fixes needed) made a 5-star property into a 4.

Thank you for the kind words about the location, beds, and kitchen, we're glad the house worked out well for your stay. You're right to flag the pet policy confusion, and we appreciate you pointing it out. The property's pet policy recently changed to allow pets, and we've since updated the listing and rental documents to reflect that so future guests won't run into the same mismatch. We're also getting the tub drain, oven, and patio door taken care of. Thanks again for the feedback, it genuinely helps us tighten things up.

Perfect stay in Joshua Tree

My family of 5 had the perfect stay while spending the weekend in Joshua Tree! The property location is well maintained, clean and stylish. Our beds were super comfortable and everyone had a restful nights sleep. We utilized the hot tub and it was such a treat to have that to enjoy after a long day. The location is so close to the town and also the park entrance. It was super convenient for a short stay. We appreciated all the suggested eateries in the area and were able to try a few while in town. We highly recommend this property and would definitely book again!

The home was exactly as described—very clean, very spacious, backyard hot tub a plus esp for star gazing! Super quiet… reason for 4 stars: back door latch was not working properly, kitchen could have had few more items available (foil, Saran Wrap, ziploc bags etc but not a deal-breaker)- definitely recommend!

Hot tub was warm and ready, though very heavily chlorinated, I had to open cover to off gas it a bit... I am guessing it was treated right before we got there. Minor issue, There was a slight smell the to unit, almost like dirty mop water, that persisted the first afternoon. Other than that the hoses was exactly as advertised and well priced. Thank you!

Happy to stay again.

Great location and amenities. Very comfortable for 6 adults. Mitch table can fit 8. We enjoyed the backyard at night and used the jacuzzi and gas fire table. You can easily walk into the main town and close drive to the markets. I reached out to the owner twice w no response. The Vrbo help line took a message w no call back about staying later. We really liked the home, yard and location and would be happy to return.
