Bright cozy 2 room apartment (50sqm) with a large south / west balcony.
It is located in a zone 30 street and therefore very quiet.
Dishwasher, shower room are available.
It is bright, very much decorated in the Frisian, white style.
In the house there is a sauna as well as washer and dryer, which can be used for a fee.
The apartment is child-friendly and there is a swing in the garden. The next playground is in the immediate vicinity

Gemütliche, schön eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Uns hat ein Backofen gefehlt und für uns mit kleinem Kind etwas zu weit weg von der Strandpromenade. Das stand aber alles in der Beschreibung und wir haben die Entfernung unterschätztKommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top. Freundlich, zuverlässig und immer erreichbar. Konnten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung. Tolle Tipps gab es ebenfalls.

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und pragmatisch für Kurzurlaube,max eine Woche. Für länger ist die Küche zu klein und auch der Fernseher. Ansonsten ist alles super.

Schöne eingerichtete Wohnung, genug platz für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Das Schlafsofa war wirklich okay. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Sauber keit waf okay, könnte in Teilen etwas besser sein. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Danke

Schon im Vorfeld war die Organisation seitens der Wohnungseigentümer super, sehr "kundenfreundlich" und völlig klar. Die Wohnung war sauber, bequem und praktisch, es ist an alles gedacht. Im Haus war es völlig ruhig, der Weg zum Südstrand ist relativ kurz, in die Stadt allerdings weiter.Wir haben von der extremen Hitzewelle auf dem Festland nichts gespürt, hatten sehr viel Sonne, leichten Wind und selten mehr als 25 Grad. Die Insel ist zum Radfahren ideal, besonders schön immer wieder die Wanderung im Watt bis hinaus zur Fahrrinne. Wir denken daran, die Wohnung bald wieder zu mieten. Großen Dank an die Familie Heidorn.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit einem Makel. Es werden 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben. Leider ist das 2. Schlafzimmer eine Doppelbettcouch im Wohnzimmer. Für uns war es ein halber Schock. Wir haben das Beste draus gemacht. Ansonsten eine schöne Unterkunft.

"Zuhaus in fremden Betten"

Sehr gut; Bei bestem Wetter 6 Tage die Batterien wieder aufgeladen mit Strandspaziergängen und gutem Essen; Eine sehr gemütliche und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung!

Erholung pur

Wunderbare kleine Wohnung mit Teeküche und Duschbad, im Haus sind eine Sauna (Münzbetrieb, sehr günstig), Tischtennis, ein kleiner Fitnessraum vorhanden, im Garten ist viel Platz für Fahrräder. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei.

Ich habe eine erholsame Woche in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Der notwendige telefonische Kontakt mit dem Vermieter wegen des Internetzugangs war freundlich und unterstützend.

Preis wert

Wer einen Urlaub in einem typischen friesischen Ambiente verbringen will, muss einiges mehr an Geld investieren. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Bett ist sehr bequem und Wohn-Essbereich ausreichend groß. Es gibt reichlich Spiele, um auch mal einen Regentag zu überstehen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem recht alten Wohnblock mit 30 ( !!! ) Wohneinheiten. Da kommt es auch vor, dass man nitbekommt, wenn es den Nachbarn nicht gut geht und die Kinder um 07:30 ihre 100 Meterläufe in der Wohnung durchführen. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts. Wir waren, dank tollem Wetter, täglich lange draußen und haben das dann auch nur in den Morgenstunden mitbekommen. Bei unseren 12 Urlauben in Ferienwohnungen an Nord- und Ostsee hatten wir allerdings niemals Probleme mit dem WLAN. Das erste mal konnte der Vermieter uns hier helfen. Nach 12 Tagen waren dann WLAN und Vermieter nicht mehr zu erreichen. Trotz des Problems mit dem WLAN ist die Wohnung aber fair bepreist.

Einfach Super

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, alles da was man so braucht. Auf dem schönen Balkon kann man den Tag ausklingen lassen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Info- Materialien zur Insel liegen auch bereit. Ein Aufzug ist auch vorhanden, was für mich als gehbehinderten am Rollator von großem Vorteil war. Mit Hilfe war die tiefere Duschtasse auch zu bewältigen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,und kommen wieder.
