This was one of the best houses we have ever stayed in! I had my bachelorette weekend here and it was absolutely amazing! 9 of us stayed and it was extremely comfortable. The location was perfect! I will definitely book again! The host and the house manager were communicative which was excellent. I am so grateful I found this house! The pictures don’t even do the house justice on how nice it is!

Tonya's home was perfect for our family trip to Chicago. The property was clean, in an amazing location close to shops, restaurants, and the lake. Tonya could not have been nicer or more helpful. We will definitely be back!

I would have to say this is the one of if not THE BEST property I've ever rented! Between the size and layout, the beautiful and tasteful appointment and the location & parking I will literally plan my next trip to Chicago around the availability of this place! I have to mention the professionalism of the hosting as well, Tonya made everything smooth, simple and comfortable. 10 out of 10.

Tonya was incredibly helpful and the house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. We pampered ourselves with a private chef and massages, but otherwise stayed in our matching PJs watching movies by the beautiful tree that was all set up. Wonderful house!

Our stay at this Chicago mansion couldn’t have been more extraordinary. From the moment I booked, Tonya made herself available to answer any questions I had and help us coordinate arrival. The pre-arrival information was thorough enough that we never had to guess about anything; that alone set the tone. The house itself is astonishing. The furnishings are genuinely high quality, not the styled-for-photos kind that disappoint in person. Every room felt considered. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were beautifully appointed, down to robes and slippers (the kind of touch you expect at a five-star hotel, not a rental)! That attention to detail ran through the entire stay, and Tonya stayed responsive throughout. We’ve stayed in a lot of places. This one exceeded every expectation, and we’d book it again without hesitation.

Gorgeous home in an ideal location!

We recently stayed in this home with extended family during our son's graduation weekend. The home is even more beautiful in person, and it's ideally located for a visit to Chicago. It's well-stocked for visitors, and the management team is extremely responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic experience - would highly recommend!

Elegant, clean, and spacious home in a great location

Our family stayed at this home for three weeks and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The home is beautiful— even nicer than the photos make it out to be. It’s also very clean, feels newly renovated, and had plenty of room for our group of six. Tonya, the owner, was very available and easy to work with. A great stay overall!

Weekend in The Windy City

Spacious, beautiful and in the perfect location for shopping, boating and dining. It was the perfect place to relax with family after a day filled with activities. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend.
