The highlight of your stay will be relaxing on the patio in the hot tub or chatting with friends around the firepit! Come enjoy this comfortable cottage and all Fredericksburg has to offer! - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
