We had a wonderful girls’ trip staying here with my aunt and cousin for the night. The beds were very comfortable, and everything felt fresh and new. The living room sofa with reclining seats was such a cozy touch, perfect for relaxing and catching up. The location was super convenient to everything we needed, and the décor throughout the property was stylish and welcoming. Overall, a great stay — we would definitely come back!

Place could not have been any nicer or more comfortable! Great location and very close to everything we wanted to see and do. We stayed here for 4 nights--beds were very comfortable & everything was very clean!We would definitely stay here again!!

Great House

Me & 2 friends stayed at this Hill Country Hideout. The house was great, very spacious, clean, quiet 7 close to everything. The kitchen has everything that you need to cook. We will rent this house again. The property manager was always quick to respond to my messages

Weekend Trip

We had a great stay. The property was a moderate walk to Main Street. We like walking so we never even needed an uber. The place was clean and peaceful and in a quiet neighborhood. We didn’t need the kitchen really, but it was nice. The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice well.

The Perfect Place

Nicest Place We’ve stayed in The Burg

This is the nicest and cleanest place we’ve stayed in Fredericksburg. It was perfect for a long weekend getaway for my husband and I - and very close to Main Street without any of the noise. Karen was so easy to work with and checked on us several times throughout our stay. We highly recommend. We will definitely check for availability the next time we visit.

Perfect Spot

We stayed here on the July 4th weekend and could not have been happier. It is located close enough to Main St. for convenience yet far enough away to be cozy and quiet. The property is set back from the road and there is an entry gate that provides an extra layer of safety. It's very clean and modern with more space than the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable and we were provided more than enough towels in both bathrooms.I would stay here again for sure.

Perfect Getaway!

Karen's Kottage is exactly as described and more! The cottage is in pristine condition, luxurious, and well-supplied. We immediately felt at home! Karen checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. She is an exceptional host. We will definitely return!

Fun at Karen's Kottage

We've been coming to Fredricksburg for 50 years and this time we rented Karen's Kottage. It was the best. Everything was clean, new, kitchen amazing, bathrooms great. No complaints. Karen is so easy to work with and is so prompt asking your questions. Next trip we hope to stay here again! Also, the location is so quiet!

Definitely recommend

Karen’s Kottage is every travelers dream. It’s so cute! It’s in a quiet neighborhood but it’s so close to Main Street where the action is. The cleanliness of the place just flooded me. Karen herself is so nice and easily able to get a hold of if necessary. Plus, she checked on us halfway through our stay to see if we had any issues or questions. Definitely recommend Karen’s Kottage!

Weekend Wine Getaway

Karen’s Kottage was the perfect stay for our weekend getaway with friends! Her place was new, clean, fully stocked with all of your needs. It even had a hairdryer in each bathroom, (2) dishwasher pods, and (2) laundry pods. The only complication we encountered was using the TV/remotes. The house was centrally located, close to everything, and tucked away in a quiet little community. The hostess was super responsive and offered lots of useful tips! All four of us gave it a 10/10, and we will definitely stay again! Thanks, Karen!

A Trip Into Town

We’ve visited the area before but this was the first time we stayed In Fredericksburg. Karen was very communicative and made it very easy to find the location and the property. Everything inside was laid out clearly as well. It made settling in so much easier after traveling after a long work day. The bathrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is fully stocked so you always have the option to eat in. We also appreciated the recommendations - we got bbq at Backwoods and did the wine and food pairing at Kuhlman Cellars. Both were excellent! We loved cozying up on the reclining couch after wine tasting and having a comfortable place to sleep. Once the second bedroom is available, we’d be happy to return with another couple!

We were here for just the morning on Saturday to see the Indian Arrowheads and artifacts show!Loved your townhouse and accommodations! You might add shampoo and conditioner to your bathrooms and also the Master bedroom mattress was very warm from the plastic mattress cover!We will come back again! Your place is very nice!
