This house is in a quiet neighborhood in the Village of Oak Creek. Located on the West side of the valley, it's only a quick drive to Clark's Grocery and all the restaurants and shops in the Village. Only 8 miles drive into the heart of Sedona, this location keeps you away from the crowds. Three bedrooms total, two have queen sized beds and one bedroom has two single beds. One common bathroom and the other bathroom is off of the Master bedroom. Full remodeled kitchen with all appliances. Internet based television in living room, just log into your own television apps to watch your favorite movies, etc.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Leave the garage door opener on the console in the hallway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If any barking is reported by neighbors, you will be asked to leave.
The garbage and recycle needs to be taken out early Tuesday mornings, and then wheel the bins back into the garage.
This is a 30 day minimum rental.

Happy Days in Oak Creek Village

Three bedroom house was well-furnished, clean and attractive. Neighbors very friendly, quiet residential neighborhood near great views of red rocks and hiking trails. Owner very cooperative and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend the property.

This wonderful house is in a tranquil neighborhood where you will feel as if you are an actual resident of the Village of Oak Creek.

What makes this property unique

This adorable one level house has a fully fenced yard. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was updated in 2020. The dining table in just off the kitchen for easy access. There is a screened in Arizona Room just off the kitchen. Close to trails, golf, tennis, restaurants, Clark's Grocery Store.
