Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

Best experience we’ve ever had! This property is perfect for Savannah. Walkable to everything, clean, quiet, safe. We especially appreciated having our own garage. The air conditioning is incredible! The weather was in the 90’s during our visit, but the property stayed very cool the whole trip. If you are planning a visit to Savannah, I cannot recommend this place more!

We enjoyed our stay at this downtown Savannah apartment. It was very clean and well taken care of by the owners. We would stay here again in a heartbeat while in Savannah. We had no trouble parking on the street while we were there on a Sunday through Wednesday. The parking garage is accessible but our Honda Pilot was a very tight fit. You can squeeze it in, but you want to back in the garage without a passenger in the car. We walked to many places and road the trolley some as well. This area is nice and near enough to enjoy walking when it is not 95 degrees. We just happened to be there on the hottest recorded days of the year, but we still walked to multiple places and drove to public parking for other sights and restaurants. We used Uber a few times as well, and even used Uber Eats one night to get Leopold’s ice cream, so we didn’t have to stand in line. Great place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it!

From the moment we walked i was in love with this place. It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located and we walked everywhere. It had many food places near by. We had an issue with the AC and as soon as I let them know they had someone out there to fix it. The bed was so comfortable, we had the best sleep! We would stay here again!!

The apartment was in a great location, easily walkable to most places but also right on the "DOT" free bus line that goes around the historic district. Although we didn't even try to park in the garage, street parking was readily available. the apartment was clean with pretty much new everything, with well stocked kitchen equipment and essentials like spices, coffee and oil.The two downside comments would be that the young girls above us for the weekend were quite loud and although they appeared to be normal sized people one of them walked like a pregnant water buffalo LOL. I can't hold that against the owners though.The other issue was the cleaning crew did not clean the toilet after the last guests. I'm sure that was an oversight, but.....

This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed in! The unit was well stocked and beautiful, just as pictured. The courtyard in back was peaceful.The location was great-a few blocks to one of the one/off trolly stops. Easy parking on street. Will definitely look to stay at another Savannah Luxury Rental!
