New house 10 minutes from the beach

A lovely new 130 m² home on a 1,200 m² lot with a 50 m² south-facing terrace. Located 5–10 minutes from the beaches, this is the ideal spot for exploring the Côtes d’Armor.
For daily necessities, you can walk to the bakery. The towns of Lamballe and Saint-Brieuc are just 10 minutes from the house.
Bonus: We have two chickens who’ll be happy to share their eggs with you!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The house must be cleaned before departure (vacuuming and mopping).
