Beach Bound and Convenient

This little "happy place" was originally the "office" of an original beach motel turned into condos. Although the largest unit on the property, it is small and quaint with a beach atmosphere and feel. Has everything you need for a beach get-away. Located on the bottom floor directly in front of the pool and just steps from the beautiful beach access.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Ensure all dishes are washed and put away
All towels and linens should be thrown in the floor of bathroom. If beach chairs are utilized, they should be rinsed in the outdoor shower prior to putting them back in the closet.
Trash should be placed in dumpster directly in front of the parking lot.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Remove trash and take to dumpster provided adjacent to parking lot. No food left in refrigerator. All linens/towels should be left on bathroom floor.
Guests may not invite additional guests not registered on the property to utilize pool or parking spaces.
Pool rules must be followed. No parties or loud music per property restriction/covenants.

Short New Years stay

Great place right across the street from the ocean! Good family space & close to the pool. I tried to book again for the 4 th unfortunately someone beat me too it! Hope to stay again soon!

Nice Place!

This was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of room. Our boys slept on the two nice couches and my wife and I had the bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Place was spotless and decorated well, and you could almost walk out the door to the pool. Although not on the beach, it was just steps away. Appreciate the kitchen that was stocked with all the implements needed for cooking. Highly recommend. Owner was also very responsive. A++

Quiet clean property

The property was clean. Check in process was easy, right across the street from the beach. Very peaceful and quiet which is exactly what I wanted. Owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to a question I had. Would definitely return.

Exactly as advertised

Beach bound and convenient is an appropriate title for this property. It was well stocked with additional amenities and included everything we needed for our stay. The owner was amazing, making sure that the entire stay was easy and hassle free. The complex is an older building but maintained very well, that is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I plan on using this unit for all of my future visits to cherry grove beach!

My family chose to purchase condos here because of its impeccable location to the pool, the beach, fishing, shopping and Great restaurants!
