1 King in Master bedroom, 2 Twins in Guest bedroom, and Queen memory foam sleeper sofa in living room. Sliding glass doors in living room and master bedroom lead onto the balcony over looking ocean. Master bedroom window is also direct ocean view. Granite counter tops with abalone shell tile back splash make this fully equipped kitchen delightful for dining with seating for six. Super clean and breezy faux drift hardwood floors throughout entire condo. Matching sea foam sofa and love seat pair nicely with recliner in the living room overlooking ocean. Carrera marble vanities in both bathrooms and the master bath with carrera marble and sea glass tile shower. Flat screen TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Plenty of closet space and full size mirrors. Beach chairs for your use in our laundry room. Ocean side POOL. Free wireless internet.

All box springs and mattresses are completely encased in LinenSPA Zippered Waterproof, Dust Mite Proof, Bed Bug Proof, Box Spring and Mattress Protector Encasements. Fresh mattress toppers, luxury linens and bath towels provided.

The Perfect Place in Windy Hill

Lots of very nice accommodations included with this unit. The location and view from balcony were absolutely perfect. Just a short drive to all major attractions and great restaurants. As a couple of 2 in our mid-sixties, we highly recommend renting this unit.

Great Location!

First time staying and it won’t be our last. The condo was beautifully decorated and updated. The building grounds was very well kept and quiet. Parking was super easy, came and went with no issues getting parking spots, literally steps from the door. There is no elevator BUT with parking so close to the stairs, it was no issue for us. It’s so close to the beach, pool was super clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay here and look forward to coming back next year!

Our Happy Place

The Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach is a perfect getaway ! Close to Barefoot landing , restaurants and shows. There's lots to do or nothing to do. We enjoyed Main Street NMB. Great fun visiting with the locals and dancing . We enjoyed our stay and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was the best part .

This condo was beautifully decorated and updated. Not your typical outdated condo you see over and over! Great place for my family and I to enjoy our vacation. Also, comes equipped with everything you would need while on vacation without having to pack everything under the sun. Would rent again and highly recommend.

This exceptional, well-maintained property is always enjoyable when we stay here. It’s clean and has great water pressure which seems like maybe an odd thing to comment on but is very much appreciated. The property also now has a keurig! Many more positives I could mention but will just simply say I’d definitely recommend this place!!!

Cute beach front condo!

This property is just right for a family of four with two teens. The condo was cute with beachy decor. I enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and living room. The kitchen was well stocked. The internet was a little slow, but that was not a huge issue. We appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. Super convenient location to Barefoot Landing and Calabash. We really enjoyed our vacation week here. I would recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

Nicely updated place overall and great location, but needs some maintenance. Perfect location, pool and beach are not crowded. Plenty of towels available and a variety of extra blankets. Well stocked kitchen as far as dishes, silverware and appliances. Second year staying in the condo and the floor boards have significantly separated throughout from the humidity since last year. The hallway bathroom had black mold on the ceiling. The dryer was very loud, therefore we had to try to do laundry when we weren’t in the condo. Faucets in the kitchen and master bath leak, which were an issue when we stayed in the unit last year too.

A great place to relax and make memories.

We arrived around 2 pm on Saturday and was pleased to see the condo clean and comfortable. The condo has been remodeled and every thing is fairly new and perfectly furnished with all the amenities you need. We had great mobile phone service and reliable wi-fi. The week was hot and humid and the AC worked great. The best part of all was the easy access to the ocean and pool. How cool to wake up to an ocean view every morning. Our expectations were more than just met. We were thoroughly pleased beyond measure. You get a value that exceeds the cost which is remarkably affordable.

Katie and Luke were raised and work & live in Florence, SC - just under an hour and a half from the condo! Katie's parents have owned the condo right next door for years. They were engaged right on that beach and when the condo next to her parents came up for sale, they knew it was fate and bought it! They have thoroughly enjoyed the renovation process and hope you will take care of and love it as much as they do!

Katie plays the harp, loves to cook, shop and do yoga. Luke is an avid golfer, hunter and fisherman. Both are definite "foodies", love to travel and just do life together!
