Situated in the historic town of Truckee on 600 acres of towering pines and blue sage covered hills, Old Greenwood, Lake Tahoe's premier four season luxury resort, offers a magnificent setting for the discriminating Lake Tahoe vacationer. This stunning 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private residence on the 12th hole of Old Greenwood Golf Course has a large open floor plan with fine custom finishes, including: a fireplace in the great room, second fireplace in the master bedroom, hardwood flooring, granite counter tops, and high-end appliances. The second floor provides for a bonus living space for the kids to enjoy.

This home is dog-friendly (please see Policies & Disclosures below for more details).

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds during this week.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 1 child under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- This residence does not have access to the amenities at Old Greenwood's Pavilion/Club.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- Please note that check-in time for arrivals on December 26 - January 3 and February 13 - 20 is 5:00pm.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
- Check-in 4PM/Checkout 10AM
- No smoking

And extremely upscale Cabin with decor to match. Every conceivable convenience is there for you. We had some issues, but this did not deter the fun we had at this beautiful home overlooking Old Greenwood golf course.

Love it! Worked well for everyone. So well decorated. Comfortable beds. Great hot tub! Beautiful beautiful beautiful! Will stay again. Only bummer was washing machine does not working. Hot tub towels would be a plus.

The home is perfect for large groups! You’re in a great location btwn Reno and Truckee. While the fire pit was not functioning we enjoyed ourselves inside and out. We cooked quite a bit, the kitchen has 3 dishwashers. Enjoy your stay, it’s lovely

Perfect stay

We absolutely loved our stay and hope to return as soon as we can! We were two families traveling together with kids (ages 4-13). The open concept downstairs was perfect for everyone to have space and still be together. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking and serving our meals. The upstairs was a nice “kids’ retreat”. Communication with the property management company could not have been better (thank you, Brooke!). You are close enough to downtown Truckee and to the ski resorts, but also secluded in the Greenwood neighborhood. This really was a perfect getaway.

This is a great house for family and friends. The open kitchen is excellent, the living area is very comfortable, and the outdoor sitting area is very nice.
