The Mountain View Resort is 1-2 miles from Ripley’s Aquarium, Ripley Ball Park, Dollywood, Splash Country, Dixie Stampede, music theaters, Old Mill shopping area, famous restaurant, The Christmas Place, 5 major outlet malls with over one million square feet of shopping and over 500 restaurants from fast food to fine dining and numerous other attractions not to mention or just minutes from Gatlinburg ”The Great Smoky Mountains National Park” one of the most recognized and frequently visited parks in the USA. The Smoky Mountains and Appalachian Trail make for a beautiful drive staring at the edge of Gatlinburg.

Our 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath luxury condo is spacious (approx. 1,017 sf.) has a fully furnished designer interior featuring ceramic tile, kitchen granite bar, black appliance fully furnished kitchen, granite counter tops in both kitchen and bathrooms, oversized master suite and bathroom with 6 ft. whirlpool hot-tub/Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, granite counter tops. There is a half bath next to bunk beds. We also have a large hot water heater with plenty of hot water. Master bedroom W/king bed and has a cable TV w/CD and VCR and a large 50"flat screen in the living area with private patios for you to enjoy. Internet service is also available and free with WI-FI. The living area has a sleeper sofa, 2 large recliners chairs, and a electric burning fireplace. Dining area has large table that will seat 6 people. The large balcony overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains and Pigeon Forge with a table and 2 chairs.

A new Spa/Hot Tub area is now available year round , 2 large outdoor pools ( 1 heated) and a kiddie pool is open April thru October. A new indoor is now available and open. New playground equipment has been added for the kids. There are grills and picnic tables located in this area along with horseshoe pits.

The Hatfield and McCoy Dinner show, the Smoky Mountain Opry, Smith Theater and Titanic are 1/2 mile away from unit. Walmark, Kroger, Old Time Pottery and the Tanger Outlet Center are about 1 mile away. Dollywood and Splash Country are minutes away. There many restaurants within walking distance or short ride such as Joe's Crab Shack, Olive Garden, TGI Friday's, Apple Barn and Red Lobster just within 2 miles from unit or walking distance.
