Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Public parking. Grocery, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Mallnitz Ort" 150 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Ski lift 3.8 km, ski bus stop, cross country ski track 50 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ankogel Mallnitz 3.8 km, Mölltaler Gletscher 23.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Elisabeth", 5-room house 85 m2. Simple and rustic furnishings: living room with cable TV (flat screen). 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 2 beds. 1 small room with 1 bed. Dining room. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher). Shower/WC. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Mattresses and refrigerator were renewed in early 2020.

Ruim en netjes, maar verouderd

Een verouderde woning: krakende vloer en deuren van 1,80 hoog. Wel is de woning erg ruim en netjes! De ruime tuin om de woning vonden we erg prettig. De (veer)matrassen op de bedden zijn doorgezakt. Bijzonder prettige ontvangst en begeleiding door huiseigenaar ter plaatse!

Licht gedateerd doch knusse woning

Betreft een vrijstaande woning met drie slaapkamers, woonkamer, keuken en eetgedeelte. Ondanks de wat gedateerde inrichting geeft deze woning toch een karakteristiek gevoel.
