Appartment hat eine absolut tolle Aussicht auf das Meer.Ausstattung enthält alles, was man benötigt.Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht, was kein Problem war, da die Bestätigung prompt erfolgte und jede weitere Kommunikation sehr gut geklappt hat.Gerne wieder.

Positives:Hervorragende Lage, wenige Meter vom Strand in einer gepflegten Anlage.Auf dem geschlossenen Parkplatz der Anlage gibt es ausreichend Plätze.Die Wohnung ist im Stockwerk 7 aber es gibt 2 Fahrstühle (also keine Wartezeiten).Vom Balkon (Süd/Ost) hat man freie Sicht auf den kilometerweiten Sandsrand, dem Hafen und das Mittelmeer. Restaurants, Bars und das Zentrum sind in unmittelbarer Nähe (wenige Minuten Fußweg). Eine Klimaanlage und eine Markise machen die Wohnung auch bei großer Hitze gemütlich.Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber in Sachen Ankunft, Abreise und Sonstiges per Telefon und WhatsApp war sehr gut.Negatives:Die Beschreibung „2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen“ ist gewagt. Es gibt einen Raum 3,2x3,5m mit einem ausziehbaren Schlafsessel, Tisch, Stühle und einen kleinen Schrank.Und dann gibt es noch einen Raum 2,0x1,6m, ohne Fenster, mit einem Etagenbett und Zugang über eine Falttür die sich nur um 35cm öffnen lässt. Allgemeines:Die Küche ist für einen Urlaub ausreichend bestückt, wir haben nur einen Toaster vermisst. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, kann für mansche sogar zu eng sein.Fazit:Eine bessere Lage kann man sich nicht wünschen.Für Personen ohne Anspruch auf Platz ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Und das Schlafen im Etagenbett kann für Kinder sogar „toll und spannend“ sein, für Erwachsene eher weniger.

. Le top acces à 2mn de la mer et 10mn du centre ville

Nous avons apprécié l emplacement et l environnement de ce studio confortable + le parking sécurisé. avons eu le plaisir de déjeuner sur le petit balcon avec une vue sublime sur la mer et le site du lavandou .+ aller découvrir le grand marché qui se trouve en face de la résidence. Tous les ingrédients y sont pour réussir de belles vacances !
