Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn, lawn for sunbathing (fenced), swimming pool round (3,6 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, pergola (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, burglar alarm system, laundry, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. WC's, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with 1 french bed, shower/WC, TV and heating stove. Living/sleeping room with 2 beds, shower/WC and TV. Small living room with shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: (spiral staircase) small gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 double beds. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Suitable for families. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Das Grundstück, das Haus und die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr nette Frau,die mit sehr viel Liebe das Haus und das Grundstück pflegt.Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell alles was man braucht zb Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein tolles Restaurant und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schönes und ruhiges Domizil

Hat sehr viel spass gemacht. Empfang war sehr freundlich, auf Deutsch und es war wie beschrieben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, ideal zum entspannen. Unsere Hunde haben es ebenfalls genossen. Wichtig anzumerken in Tschechien besteht Mautpflicht.

Tolles Haus, viel Platz, küchentechnisch mit allem ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen, aber nicht an solchen Tagen ((Feiertage). In der näheren Umgebung alle Gaststätten, ja sogar die in Hotels, geschlossen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Grundstück ist gepflegt und herrlich für Hunde , weil alles umzäunt oder gemauert ist. Das Haus ist hellhörig und groß. (Groß !!!was natürlich gut ist). In jedem Zimmer eine Dusche und Toilette. Ein paar Sachen sind schon Mal renovierungsbedürftig. Aber nichts schlimmeres. Im großen und ganzen, ein schönes Haus mit Garten. Wir würden wieder kommen. Dankeschön

Unser Wochenende war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ab vom Schuss. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort richtig. Die Grillkotta, die Kamine und der Pool sind wirklich toll. Mit Hunden ist dieser Garten ein Traum. Alles fest ummauert und eingezäunt. Traumhaft für jeden Wuffi! Der Standard ist nicht sehr hoch, aber für Familien mit Kindern und Hund oder Outdoor Freunden, völlig ausreichend. Wer Luxus sucht, wird nicht fündig. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Waren zu zehnt mit Kindern und Enkelkindern zu einem langen Wochenende. War einfach super. Sehr viel Platz zum Wohnen und zum Spielen für die Kinder. Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Highlight war der Pool, da wir ein sehr heißes Wochenende hatten. Kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolles Haus

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, um dort eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen. Selbst Sandwichmaker, Waschmaschine und ordentliches Babybett sind vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und flexibel. Zwei Kamine gestalten die Räume warm, für den großen Pool war es leider doch schon etwas zu kalt. Das einzige, worauf man sich einrichten muss, ist, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist. War für uns aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Der Garten und Außenbereich sind super und gepflegt. Das Haus ist im Großen und Ganzen ordentlich , wenn man nicht zu genau in die Ecken schaut. Hier und da sind ein paar Instandsetzungen und Reparaturen erforderlich!

hezké místo, nedostatečný úklid

Ochotná pronajímatelka. Ubytování za dobrou cenu, na dobrém místě pro výlety jak do Kokořínska, tak do Českého středohoří. Zázemí bohaté, včetně pěkného venkovního posezení. Bohužel rekonstrukce budovy nebyla provedena dobře- špatné je odvětrání koupelen, kde v některých výrazně páchne odpad. také by to chtělo provádět pečlivější úklid. To, že jsou v historické budově necitlivě instalována plastová okna nemohlo zkazit dojem z jinak pěkného prodlouženého víkendu s přáteli.

Tolles Haus mit schönem Garten

Das Haus ist riesig, das „Gewölbe“ mit Kamin und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten ist ideal, um mit einer größeren Truppe eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Der Garten ist gepflegt, der Pavillon ist perfekt und gemütlich mit Grill, Kamin und Räucherofen. Einzig die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. In Bädern und Küche schaute man lieber nicht zu genau in die Ecken oder an manches Küchengerät. Das sollte unbedingt verbessert werden. Kommunikation per Email war schnell und freundlich.

Schön gestaltetes Haus,optimale Zimmeraufteilung,Ausstattung auch okay nur die Grundsauberkeit war mangelhaft,bei Anreise erwartet man schon das es sauber ist und man nicht noch den Dreck der Vormieter weg mach muss!

Hervorragendes Domizil für Gruppenaufenthalt

Mit viel Liebe wurde hier ein ehemaliges Bauernhaus für Gäste und Urlauber aus- und umgebaut. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Neben den 5 Schlafzimmern und 5 Bädern verfügt es über eine Küche mit allen elektr. Geräten sowie einen geräumigen Aufenthaltsraum, in welchem man sich an einer langen Tafel mit der Gruppe platzieren kann. Lobenswert auch die überdachte Grillecke, in der man mit der gesamten Gruppe gemütliche Stunden verleben kann. Das gesamte Grundstück ist umzäunt und kann beim Verlassen sicher abgeschlossen werden. Es macht insgesamt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch wurden wir von der Besitzerin sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt ( außer einer Brotschneidemaschine vielleicht ). Alles in allem für eine Gruppe bis 12 Personen sehr empfehlenswert !!
