In the house: central heating system. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house. Shop 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bus stop "Grossteil, Rüti" 4 km, railway station "Giswil" 6 km, lake Sarnersee 6 km. Please note: car recommended.

Petit coin de paradis
Ce joli chalet au cœur d’une nature verdoyante est très soigné, propre, fonctionnel et parfaitement aménagé.
L’environnement aux alentours est calme et paisible. La vue est splendide. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Un vrai petit paradis !

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft und waren wieder beigeistert. Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert und bestens ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend und die Vermieter sehr gastfreundlich und entgegenkommend. Berge und Seen sind in allernächster Nähe. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Traumhaft
Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub. Das Chalet war sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Unternehmungen. Abends auf der schönen Terasse mit einem Glas Wein und dann der Blick auf Berge und See - was will man mehr. Uns hat dieser Urlaub gut getan für Leib und Seele.

Ruhig und mit toller Aussicht gelegenes Haus. Direkt am Bergwanderweg gelegen. Die Wohnung ist reich ausgestattet, alles ist sehr sauber.

exakt wie beschrieben
echte 70er Jahre Einrichtung, wie auf den Fotos sehr sauber Küchentechnisch sehr gut ausgerüstet. Lage mit tollem Blick, aber eben mit 6 km Bergfahrt, da fährt man nicht schnell mal eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen holen. Leider wird es bei starker Sonneneintrahlung rasch heiss im Wohnbereich und im vorderen Schlafzimmer.

Das Haus ist alt und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es bietet aber alles für den normalen täglichen Gebrauch. Wir konnten es sehr geniessen. Tolle Aussicht auf sen See und super Lage für Ausflüge.

Ruhig gelegen, längere Anfahrt über eine gute, jedoch schmale Teerstraße, sehr sauber, Willkommen sehr freundlich, fantastische Aussicht auf den Sarner See und die Berge, viele schöne Wandrungen möglich

A l'écart du monde avec vue sur le lac et les montagnes
Petit chalet typique avec une très belle vue sur le lac et les montagnes bien situé à 30 à 40 mn d'Interlaken et de Luzern. Une bonne situation pour rayonner autour. Idéal aussi pour se reposer au calme au milieu de la nature. Il faut prendre une petite route en lacets pendant 10mn depuis le village pour accéder au chalet accroché sur le versant de la montagne au dessus du lac. Le seul bémol est l'absence de lave vaisselle ( on peut s'en passer) mais surtout de lave-linge.
