'Under the Rosemary Sun' is a wonderful getaway that combines the allure of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico with the warmth of a Tuscan Villa. Only the finest has been incorporated into this Rosemary Beach home which is evident by the quality of design (award-winning architect and design firm), complete with expansive windows that soak in an abundance of light and sunshine making this home ideal for family and friends gatherings and vacations.

Further enhancing the design is an open and airy living area with 20 foot ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is an epicure's delight, with a 48” Viking Range, Bosch dishwasher and Kitchen-Aid refrigerator. The second floor boasts a wrap-around porch with a view of the Gulf, a screened sleeping porch, and two large king bedroom suites, one of which features a dual fireplace between the bedroom and adjoining bath; the other a quaint sitting room perfect for lazy summer afternoon naps. A sense of luxury is further enhanced by recycled Oceanside glass tile, limestone/marble countertops and antique heart pine flooring throughout. Spacious decks and patios along with a beautiful Ann Sacks inlaid tile heated swimming pool. Children can enjoy their own loft area with TV. Four bicycles included with rental.

Other features include Euro-style bathrooms, custom design vanities, private outdoor shower, flat-screen TVs and DVDs, a security system and wireless internet service throughout. Concierge services are available! Beach chair, umbrella service and four bicycle rentals are also available for guests.

We Found Heaven at “Under the Rosemary Sun”

Our week at this outstanding home celebrating our 40th anniversary with our family of ten (adults, kids, toddler and infant) simply could not have been better! We are no strangers to Rosemary Beach and all agreed that this house, hands down, has the perfect combination of best location, floor plan, beautiful architecture inside and out, private backyard with a perfect size heated pool that cannot be found elsewhere in this lovely beach community. Did I mention location?? Only a few minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The entire process was seamless from beginning of our stay to the end. Lynne, the gracious owner of this awesome property, was kind, accommodating and helpful. When we return to Rosemary we won’t even think about looking to stay anywhere else other than “Under the Rosemary Sun.”

Great house and location!

Wonderful house perfect for two families with kids. Great pool, short bike ride to the beach, well-stocked house and kitchen. We had a few minor issues and the property manager and owner were both very responsive and helpful! Great stay - we will be back.

As a native Alabamian, I grew up vacationing on the Gulf Coast of Florida with my family. My earliest memories are of building sand castles in the white sugary sand with my brother an sister and riding the waves in the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Watching the Destin fishing boats arrive in from a long day of deep sea fishing was another favorite of ours. I now reside in Austin where I am CEO/Founder of a Wealth Management firm, ARIV Wealth, specializing in portfolio management, retirement and estate planning and tax strategies. I graduated from Auburn with a B.S. in Marketing and earned my law degree at Cumberland School of Law in 1991. My family and I enjoy spending time outdoors and listening to live music in Austin. My favorite vacation spot is our home in Rosemary Beach. I enjoy playing tennis, traveling, and cooking ... and now watching my children play in the sand and surf of the Gulf of Mexico!
