About this property

Cozy house with a Jacuzzi and an amazing view

This warm, bright house of 100m2 in the historic village centre has access to the river and an incredible view from the roof terrace, where you can enjoy the sunset in the jacuzzi.

Shops and conveniences just round the corner. The geographical
location is ideal for visiting the tourist sites of the region.

This charming house on three levels, completely renovated, has a bedroom/living room with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a work area (desk).

An extra mattress is also available.

For your comfort on site, the kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, juice extractor, citrus juicer, steamer, oven and kettle.

There is a relaxation area where you'll find a selection of games for
children and adults. An electric keyboard and sound system are provided, the use of which is only possible during the daytime out of respect for the neighbours.

The accommodation does not have a washing machine but we can take care of your laundry if necessary.

Access to the roof terrace and jacuzzi is via a milling ladder, children must be supervised.

Stair gates are not provided.

Quaint but noisy church bells on sunday morning.

No cleaning charges but please leave the house as clean as you found it.

Super emplacement, mais des choses importantes à améliorer

L'emplacement de la maison est idéal au coeur du Mas d'azil. Sophie, avec qui nous avons communiqué pour l'accès etc, est sympathique et réactive. Système de boîte à clé qui permet une arrivée et un départ autonomes, ce qui est pratique. Wi-fi nickel, et ventilateur à dispo (non négligeable par cette chaleur !) Néanmoins le logement lui-même n'est pas adapté pour accueillir des enfants en bas âge (ce qui était notre cas avec des jumeaux de 11 mois) et la literie mériterait d'être changée avant d'accueillir des voyageurs à nouveau (on fait ce qu'on veut chez soi pour soi, bien-sûr, mais là en location de tourisme, vraiment il faut faire quelque chose...). Propreté générale moyenne. Accés à la terrasse un peu périlleux ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter puisque nous ne pouvions y monter avec nos enfants.

Excellent sejour

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans cette maison propre et confortable, atypique mais spacieuse et tres bien equipee. On s'y sent comme chez soi avec jeux et équipements du quotidien à disposition. Le logement est très bien situé, au cœur du village et de ses commerces. La terrasse avec le jacuzzi (très appréciable !) offre une vue imprenable sur les collines. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et soucieux de notre bien être. Un grand merci !
