Urlaub im Dünenhaus

Wir hatten ein Dünenhaus gemietet in Zeewind I, die Anlage ist mittlerw. ca 40 J alt und alle Häuser haben Eigetümer. Viele liebvoll gepflegt und gewartet. Unser Haus war in einem normalen Zustend, nageln. Küche mit guten Elektrogeräten, Die andere Einrichtung hat ihre beste Zeit hinter sich, aber trotzdem konnten wir gut schlafen und haben uns wohl gefühlt, bis auf das dauernde Knarren des Daches und das nichtfunktionierede Tv bei schlechtem Wetter sowie der Kanalgeruch im Bad.

Wir waren nur 1 Woche da. Das Wetter hat leider nicht so mitgemacht wie wir es gern gehabt hätten. Aber sonst war alles sehr schön.

Zowel het huisje als het vakantiepark hebben hun beste tijd gehad. Wij waren teleurgesteld in het comfort . Enkele voorbeelden: in het vakantiepark waren zowel het zwembad als de tennisvelden afgesloten en niet onderhouden. In het huisje zelf zijn de kookpannen versleten (zwarte beschermlaag komt er helemaal af), het elektrisch kookvuur werkt maar half en de bbq is helemaal verroest en vuil en dus niet te gebruiken.

Thank you for the review. After these comments, the owner cleaned the BBQ and the handyman fixed the electric stove. There are also new pans in the proeprty now.

Rustic, but functional holiday home

The holiday home in Zeewind is fully functional and well equipped. Two small bedrooms and a decent sized common room, plus a cute garden. There is a small fridge, dishwasher, ceramic hob, mini oven and an electric BBQ. There are even two bikes in the garden shed. The location is decent, about 10 minute walk from the beach and from the nearest tram stop. Bredene is a 15 minutes walk away. All in all, the place is rustic, but fully functional.

Mooi huisje. Goed gelegen. Rustig. Vlakbij zwembad. Mooi tuintje. Minpunt: de kasten zijn ten overvloede gevuld zodat er weinig opbergruimte is voor je eigen spullen. Moeilijk om een telefoonnummer in België te vinden om contact op te nemen.

Bon compromis

La localisation est bonne, le logement est correct, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais…. Les +: Ballades vélos à partir de Bredene, accès à la plage et au tram, accès aux commerces à pied, disposition des pièces du logement, son équipement, le jardin. Le calme de lotissement. Très bon accueil de l'agence Interhome pour remise des clés. Les -: Avant de nous rendre sur place, nous avions demandé les dimensions du grand lit pour éviter de payer le cout prohibitif de location des draps. Deux fois on nous a répondu: lit de 140cm, mais en fait c'est un lit de 160cm. Arrivé sur place, nos draps étaient trop petits. L'agence nous a dépanné sans contrepartie financière (merci). Le cout obligatoire de 25€ par personne et par séjour pour nettoyage en fin de séjour est à la fois cher et surtout injustifié. Ne trouvant pas le logement assez propre à notre arrivée, nous avons passé une heure à balayer l'intérieur, astiqué les coins et laver le mobilier de jardin, sans nous plaindre à l'agence. Nous avons donc rendu un logement plus propre que celui trouvé à notre arrivée et laissé 50€ pour un service non rendu. De plus l'agence fait remplir une fiche en fin de séjour pour s'assurer que le logement est laissé en bon ordre, donc le nettoyage ne doit pas être fait souvent, et quasi jamais sous les meubles. Dommage. Le propriétaire devrait être plus sévère, avec son sous traitant, sur ce point. Le logement, bien que vieillissant, est bien équipé et confortable. Nous aurions apprécié un grille pain pour le petit déjeuner et un fer à repasser d'autant qu'il y a une planche à repasser. Ces remarques n'interviennent en rien sur la notation. Nous reviendrons en sachant à quoi nous attendre. Les 50€ de nettoyage doivent être intégrés comme cout additionnel à la location sans en attendre une contrepartie sérieuse coté propreté.

Ferienhaus ungereinigt übergeben. Kommunikation mit Interhome mangelhaft.

Als wir am Freitag, den 14.04. das Ferienhaus bezogen, wurde uns umgehend klar, dass hier eine ungereinigte Unterkunft übergeben wurde. Die Mülleimer (u.a. mit benutzten Windeln) bis oben hin voll und in der Kaffeemaschine Schimmel an benutzten Kaffeefiltern. Wir gingen sofort zur Niederlassung von Interhome, bei der wir auch die Schlüssel entgegen genommen haben. Die Mitarbeiterin entschuldigte sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten und sagte, nachdem sie geschaut hat, ob noch ein Ersatzschlüssel vorhanden sei, dass die Reinigungskraft am selben Abend vorbei kommen würde und alles reinigt. Wir bräuchten nicht anwesend sein, da ein Ersatzschlüssel vorhanden sei. Danach passierte nichts. Als wir beim Abreisetag diesen Umstand erneut ansprachen, wiegelte die Interhome-Mitarbeiterin ab und sagte, dass die Reinigungskraft vor Ort gewesen sei, aber keinen Schlüssel zum Ferienhaus hatte. Die Reinigungskraft hätte geschellt, aber niemand hat geöffnet. Als wir sie darauf ansprachen, dass sie uns bei Anreise was anderes erzählte (Zweitschlüssel vorhanden; wir brauchen nicht zugegen sein) konnte sie sich an das Gespräch nicht erinnern und sowas hätte nie gesagt. Wir sind alles nur Menschen und Fehler passieren. Aber eine so unverfrorene Lüge hat mir schlichtweg die Sprache verschlagen. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich mich beschweren möchten und fragte, wie man da vorgehen kann. Daraufhin habe ich keine klare Aussage erhalten. „Sie würde da mal schauen, was man da so machen könnte.“ In Deutschland wieder angekommen, rief ich Interhome an und beschwerte mich erneut. Diesmal telefonisch. Dort wurde ich an eine E-Mail-Adresse verwiesen. Dorthin habe ich dann mit diversen Beweisfotos meine Beschwerde gesandt. Ich habe eine manuelle Eingangsbestätigung erhalten, doch bis heute habe ich keine Antwort erhalten. Deshalb bin ich nun gezwungen den Urlaub mit einem Stern zu bewerten.
