This charming cottage is located just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee with beautiful views of Lake Kathy. Everything in this home all the way down to the studs is brand spanking new as of Dec 2020.

This cute cottage offers one bedroom, one bath and a washer and dryer. All dishes and linens are provided!

Please note we have another one bedroom one bath across the street from this one in case you had more people that wanted to book together.

You have access to lake Kathy just across the street. This lake does not allow motorized boats or swimming but you can fish! Make sure to bring your own fishing gear.

The rocking chair front porch is perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds. Also the dining room table is in a bay window and you can see the water from there as well.

We currently have 4 other properties on HomeAway from six bedrooms three baths all the way down to another one bedroom one bath. some have pools, some have hot tubs and some have game rooms.

Check in is at 4:00 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m..

We do allow 3 people in the home but just know that the third person will have to sleep on the couch. It is not a pull out sofa.

Adorable, updated property with everything we needed!

Communication with the owner was wonderful. The property is very clean, beautifully decorated and had all we needed for a long weekend!

Light, airy cottage with a well stocked kitchen. Wish I could've spent more daylight hours here. Love the cornerstone inscription at the southwest corner of the cottage! Recommend some window covering option in kitchen and dining area however porch and front lighting was enough to walk around inside. Didn't get any wifi instructions or response about it; popular news channel was locked and did not get resolved during my stay "roku TV". Overall it was a great place.
