Sehr schöne Wohnung

Der Pool war super und sauber, die Aussicht unvergesslich und die Einrichtung hatte alles gehabt was man brauchte.. Nur am letzten Tag klemmte das Schloss bei uns an der Eingangstür, wir brauchten lange Zeit ehe wir es geschafft haben sie zu öffnen als ob sie uns nicht gehen lassen wollte.

Traumhafte Aussicht

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist im 70er Jahre Stil. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt, bis auf das Sofa welches neu bezogen werden müsste. Die Lage ist TOP. Der Wald ist in 10 m Entfernung und so konnten wir mit unserem Hund bestens spazieren gehen. Der schöne Pool und der grosse Balkon waren herrlich.

Der Besitzer hat die Zeit verschlafen. Kein Geschirrspüler, Armaturen von 1960, abgenudelte Tagesdecken auch noch auf den neuen Bildern beworben, rostige Baumsägen an der Wand und vergammelndes Wagenrad auf dem Balkon. Hier wurde in den letzten 20 Jahren nicht investiert. Das können wir als Dauermieter belegen. Für uns zählt nur die super Aussicht.

Fantastische Aussicht & 70er Jahre Bad

Können uns den Vorrednern anschliessen: + Balkon, Aussicht, offenes Wohnkonzept, hohe Decke, neuer Pool, Charme des Dorfes, Haustier erlaubt - Renovationsbedürftige Küche und Bad, durchgelegene Matratzen bei denen die Spannfedern gespürt werden, es fehlt an Gläsern und Geschirr. Die Kaffee Kapselmaschine benötigt extragrosse Kapseln, normale Nespresso kompartible Kapseln passen nicht.

Leider trotz niedriger Temperaturen Abends / Nachts kalt (Bodenheizung wird erst durch Beschluss der Verwaltung eingeschaltet). Einmalige Lage / Aussicht auf den Lago. Pool hervorragend, auch Wassertemperatur. Anlage super sauber u. gepflegt. Sind schon mehrmals im Miralago Gast gewesen über die Jahre. Besonderer Dank nochmals an Hr. W.!

Traumhafte Anlage

Die Anlage enthält viele unterschiedliche Ferienwohnungen. Der Architekt hat sich viel einfallen lassen. Der Verwalter Herr Wandkowski ist sehr freundlich und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Die Fussbodenheizung ist genial, so das man sich auch in der kälteren Jahreszeit wohlfühlen kann. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

L'appartement correspond tout à fait à l'annonce, spacieux, très bien aménagé avec magnifique terrasse. Une vue grandiose sur Locarno, Ascona et le Lac. Très bien situé pour visiter le Tessin et le village, avec épicerie et deux restaurants, est à 5 minutes à pieds. Sur l'arrière du complexe, porte donnant accès à un petit sentier parmi les châtaigniers (pratique pour les chiens). La piscine a été très peu utilisée à cause du mauvais temps.

Wij zijn niet eerder aan de Zwitserse zijde van het Lago Maggiore geweest. Het was een aangename verrassing prachtige omgeving en accommodatie. mooie inrichting van de omgeving en vooral van het zwembad hebben wij genoten. Wij komen zeker weer terug.

Alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständiges Inventar, auch im Aussenbereich. Der Hauswart, xxx, zeigt immer eine hohe Bereitschaft zu helfen zu informieren und alles mit grosser Begeisterung und Freundlichkeit. Beispielhafte, echte Kundenfreundlichkeit!

hodnocení ubytovacího zařízení

Úžasný výhled přes bazén a jezero na hory na obzoru. Západy slunce byly neskutečné, navíc, když se na ně díváte v horizontální poloze z gauče, umístěného na lodžii.
