Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Hund 3 Wochen im Südtessin unterwegs

Das Objekt liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Wohnquartier. Der P befindet sich im ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernten, öffentlichen Parkhaus. ÖV-Haltestelle befindet sich auch gleich da.

Gutes und weniger Gutes.

Die Wohnung ist gut/stilvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings hört man die Nachbarn. Die Wohnung wurde heiss und es gibt Stechmücken. Ein Parkplatz wurde uns in der 300 m entfernten Migros-Garage zugesagt (10 Fr./Tag). Das war unsere Bedingung für die Buchung. Als wir ankamen hiess es plötzlich, wir können den Parkplatz nur für 1 Woche haben, nicht 2. Das verursachte uns 3 Tage etwas Bauchschmerzen, weil die PP-Situation in der Strasse und Umgebung schwierig ist. Aber es konnte dann geregelt werden.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nicht direckt im Zentrum und ist trotzdem gut zu Fuss für Einkauf Butiken Restaurants und so weiter auch für ältere Personen sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Gut eingerichtete Ferienwhg.

Freundlicher und kompetente Begrüssung beim Ankommen. Alles vorhanden was so gebraucht wird für eine Woche. Zentrale Lage. Das erste Mal in einer Ferienwohnung und sicher nicht das letzte Mal. Besser als jeweils im Hotel. Sehr ruhige Wohnlage. Gerne wieder.

Ruhige Lage, nicht weit vom Zentrum. Gut geeignet für Familie. Sauberkeit Bad und Böden lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wir sind barfuss oder in Socken rumgelaufen. Hatten schwarze Füsse. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Parkplatz beim Haus vorhanden.

Die Abwicklung der Übernahme war sehr einfach obwohl ich etwas zu früh war. Danke. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, Küche zweckmäßig mit allen Utensilien. Es war auch möglich, kurzfristig einen Garagen Platz zu bekommen. Die Lage ist, nah am Zentrum, nah zum See und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Wohnung blitzsauber und schön eingerichtet. Netter Empfang! Ideale Lage, Piazza in Ascona, Einkaufen und sogar Busstation um die Ecke und zu Fuss erreichbar. Gerne wieder!
