The apartment on upper ground floor has a beautiful, partial covered terrace with garden furniture and a large, flat garden with beautiful lawn surrounded by well-kept, southern vegetation with palm trees, bushes etc., all for private use. Driveway until house. Reserved parking space. Bus stop about 200m. Shops 600m. Lido Ascona and golf course about 700m. Village center and lakeside promenade about 1 km. Bed/kitchen linen available. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top, sind doch die Läden (Bäckerei, Migros, Coop) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder in die Casa Flavia.
