About this property

Villa Salvia - Maison de caractère avec piscine

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Aups, this charming old sheepfold on 3 levels, combining the charm of the former and the comfort of the modern with swimming pool, of a surface of 180 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,000 m² as well as two terraces and very beautiful exteriors. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The house facing south is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room with TV, fireplace (decorative), sofa and armchair.
- A large kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, filter coffee machine... and dining area.
- Separate toilet.
On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×200).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).
- A bathroom with shower and toilet.
- Separate dressing room.
On the 2nd floor :
- Bedroom 3 (about 32 m²): a king-size bed (180×200) and a large dressing room.
- A large bathroom in an old pigeon house, with a cast iron bathtub on feet and a double basin.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), old style pool, size 11.5×4.5 with roller shutter, open from May to September. (Opening date not contractual)
- A beautiful enclosed garden of 1,000 m², on an olive-growing property, with a petanque court at the back and a playground for the children. You will also find a village square style fountain on the property.
- A first terrace facing South and East, ideal for breakfast with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A second terrace facing South with a 180 degree opening and furniture, at the level of the swimming pool. At disposal a pool house, a lounge area and a space with deckchairs. Under the awning you will find a plancha and a pizza oven.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Aups, in a very pleasant environment with a magnificent view on the Massif des Maures, without any opposite. You will be able to benefit from all the necessary conveniences at 5 minutes by car.

Activities :
Do you want to enjoy nature ? You are at the right address! Go to the sublime Verdon National Park where you can experience climbing, paragliding, canoeing, rafting, horseback riding and many other activities in a fascinating setting! Not far from there, discover the lake of Sainte Croix with its turquoise water. Stroll along its shores and stop for a picnic in front of this fabulous landscape. For more excitement, don't hesitate to go to the nautical center of the lake to rent a small boat. Visit Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, one of the most beautiful villages in France. This charming village will surprise you with its location at the foot of the mountain and the beauty of its architecture.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly on the grounds of the house.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Draguignan train station located about 40 minutes away by car.
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères airport located at about 1h30 by car.
- Bus: two stops within the village serving various neighboring villages and the station of Les Arcs-Draguignan.

- Sheets and towels included.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Free Wifi available.
- Fireplaces are decorative.
- Animals are not allowed in the house.
- The path leading to the house is a dirt road with some stones.
- All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent.
- The house is located on a hill, next to a 3000 hectare forest. It is therefore imperative to respect nature and the environment, and not to make fire. It is necessary to be vigilant with the young children, it is a property oleicole it is necessary to be respectful of the olive trees and not to break branches. There are many restanques, so there are risks of falls for young children. Be vigilant!

En pleine nature
Très beau jardin avec piscine et une vue imprenable au dessus de l’oliveraie. Maison agréable avec du charme. Piscine d’une belle couleur et assez grande pour faire des longueurs. Seul bémol pour un hébergement de ce standing : pas de produits de base (absence de savon dans les sanitaires, pas de torchons dans la cuisine, aucun condiment type sel ou poivre…)
