Very Peaceful

Very peaceful setting, good property with good facilities. The approach road to the villa, Chemin de Salernes, has little traffic but can be a bit bumpy.

This property was perfect for our holiday. It provided peace and quiet and was only approx 1-2 hour drive to main attraction locations, ie St Tropez, Toulon etc. The house has everything you will need; pool, cooking facilities, barbecue etc. The layout of the house is unique; one of the bedrooms is downstairs and is accessed either from outside the property or via the veranda (which can be locked), but it worked well for us.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed 14 days in a beautiful, total equiped house with our 2 children. We had a superb view from the covered terrace also from the great pool and we had a lot of fun at the BBQ terras with the table tennis. Cotignac is so close and has everything to offer to have a enjoyable stay! The ouwner is gentle and available when needed! We surely come back! Ann and Flor

Wir waren eine Woche im Haus und haben die Tage und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Positiv: der Pool und das große Grundstück, das große Haus, die Freizeitmöglichkeiten.Negativ: das Mobiliar bzw. die Ausstattung sollte mal erneuert werden, z.B. die Küchenutensilien und der Duschvorhang. Der Bouleplatz war nicht gepflegt und der Grill nicht zu benutzen (Gasflasche war leer).

Maison très agréable pour des balades à la fois dans le Verdon et sur la côte varoise. La piscine est de bonne taille et bien entretenue. Le village est très joli, vivant et avec tous commerces. Accueil sympathique.

Heerlijk genieten van de mediterraanse zon, rust en prachtige natuur!

We boekten met ons gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 tieners en onze labrador retriever) dit vakantieverblijf een half jaartje voor ons vertrek via de heel overzichtelijke VRBO-site. De foto’s van de villa spraken ons enorm aan. Evenals de ligging en streek in het Zuiden van la douce France. Boeking en reservatie verliep vlekkeloos en dan was het moment van aankomst daar … De eigenaar had met ons afgesproken op een welbepaalde plek in het prachtig pittoreske kleine stadje Cotignac. Perfect op tijd ontmoetten we elkaar gemoedelijk op de afgesproken plek waarna de eigenaar ons voorreed naar de villa via prachtig kleine, maar goed berijdbare weggetjes. Een 3-tal kilometers reden we dieper en hoger de onbewoonde vrije natuur in waar sporadisch een andere villa, verscholen tussen de olijfbomen, cypressen en andere natuurpracht, was neergezet. En dan le moment suprême … we draaiden de oprit van de villa op en een prachtig domein verscheen ons voor de ogen. De realiteit overtrof ruim onze verwachtingen die we hadden door de foto’s en beschrijving op de VRBO-site van de vakantie villa. Na de rondleiding doorheen villa en domein door de uiterst vriendelijke en gemoedelijke eigenaar werd deze volledig van de buitenwereld afgesloten oase van luxe, rust en natuurpracht voor 2 weken van ons. De pluspunten van deze villa en domein zijn teveel om op te sommen maar hierbij toch enkele op een rij. - Enorm ruim, deels afgesloten, domein volledig in het groen en ver weg van de bewoonde wereld (3,5 km) zodat je je op je eigen privé heuvel waant. - Privé parking op het domein. - Voldoende groot prachtig, proper zwembad met voldoende ligzetels op houten, deels overdekt terras. - Aangelegd Petanque veld op het domein. Ping pong tafel op het bovenste terras. - Ruime prachtige open veranda met prachtig uitzicht op de onbewoonde heuvels aan de overkant van de vallei. Aanwezigheid van gezelschapsspelletjes, boeken, … voor avonden genieten. - Voldoende ruime en praktische keuken met alle nodige toestellen. - Mooi groot terras, deels overdekt door pergola me eettafel en stoelen. Aansluitende half overdekte buitenkeuken met plancha bbq. - 1 badkamer met (kleine) doucheruimte, wc, wastafel en wasmachine. - 1 badkamer met ligbad, wc, wastafel - Voldoende grote zithoek met tv en mediaspeler. - 3 mooie en gezellige slaapkamers met voldoende opbergruimtes, ventilatie, muggenramen en 1 kamer met airco. Om samen te vatten: een pareltje op een toplocatie … wij komen terug!

L'habitation très propre, rien n'y manquait, bcp de rangement, endroit isolé pas de vis à vis, tres calme, propriétaire tres sympa et joignable, la propriété et terrasse avant devrait être mieux entretenue, en septembre l'eau de la piscine est rafraîchissante, la route d'accès un peu dégradée, le village Cotignac est magnifique et authentique, superbe région

Maison située sur les hauteurs de Cotignac, à l'écart de la foule. Vue imprenable sur le massif des Maures depuis la maison et la piscine . Nous avons passés 15 jours au calme et au soleil . Le village de Cotignac est très animé,beaucoup de restaurants et de bars .
