This beautiful home had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Surrounded by nature and close to quaint towns, trails and nature reserves. The hostess was so accommodating and answered all our questions. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our fall weekend getaway! The house was perfect, well stocked with anything you would need! We loved the screened in porch and we even used the heated salt water pool on October 3rd! Woodstock the town was great! We had so much fun going into the shops and even found a local playground for my grandson! If you are in the area don’t hesitate to stay here. Absolutely no complaints! Actually the pictures don’t do this beautiful place justice!

Another great stay

We came back to this great property for the fourth or fifth time (lost count now!) to start the summer. As always everything was there that could be needed, all was in great working order, and the pool was awesome. The whole family always enjoys our stay!

We had a fabulous time at this comfortable and tastefully decorated home. We relaxed, played games, did crafts, and enjoyed meals in the open great room warmed by the wood-burning stove. Nearby, we explored Woodstock, walked in the Falling Waters Preserve, and ate a delicious dinner at the Red Onion. Our host Stacy was friendly and communicative. Would definitely consider another stay.

A great house in a great location!

We have stayed here 3 separate times and as always it was a great place to stay with our kids. The pool is great and the house very well stocked and clean. It is super convenient to both Woodstock and downtown Saugerties as well as excellent hiking in Platte Clove. The property is also super private and secluded.

The perfect getaway for a week

This house was all we expected and more. Comfortable, clean, spacious and located in a convenient, beautiful area right near Woodstock. Stacy was a great host and made the whole stay really easy and enjoyable. The pool was excellent!

Beautiful home

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful home. The house was just as described and was perfect for our family ski trip - spacious and clean it was a truly marvelous find. Thank you to Stacy and her family for allowing us this opportunity, we hope to return in the future.

We did not use the pool, since it was late in the season and too cold for swimming. Everything else was wonderfully comfortable and well appointed. It's a lovely place to stay, and we enjoyed it very much.

Girls Weekend

We were six tired moms in our 40s thoroughly enjoying a relaxing weekend by the pool and proximity to delicious meals in Woodstock. Great location, clean and well stocked. Pool was the perfect temperature. The sun porch was a wonderful place to sit together in the mornings and drink coffee. Our host was accommodating, helpful and responsive. A fantastic stay!

Weekend Country Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated home. The location was wonderful as it was in close proximity to the towns of Woodstock & Saugerties. We took a trip to Storm King also (about 1 hour away.). The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. I highly recommend this rental property.

Great stay!

This property had everything we were looking for: pool, screened porch, great kitchen and ideal location. It was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults, and we were able to explore Woodstock, Kingston, and Saugerties easily, as well as take a couple of longer roadtrips for hikes in the mountains. The host was proactive and contacted us to make sure all was well and was very generous with supplies for the week we were there. We look forward to another stay here!

Perfect family vacation home

We had a wonderful 1 week vacation in this beautifully appointed and spacious home. It is definitely secluded, in the woods and very quiet but only about a 15 minute drive to Woodstock and Saugerties. We enjoyed the warm pool and the screened in porch. It was perfect and Stacy is very responsive with any concern or inquiry.

A Wonderful House for the Family in the Woods

We had a great time at the house. Swimming in the pool and reading on the porch were very relaxing. A large and spacious house. About 15 min from Saugerties, Woodstock and Kingston. Very much enjoyed.

What a wonderful stay! This house is just beautiful- spacious, welcoming and immaculate. There are lots of areas to sit, whether we wanted a quiet spot in the sun or a comfortable area to play board games with the family. The home was incredibly clean and well kept, including the pool, screened-in porch, and grill. Stacy was very responsive and worked to accommodate any requests. We also enjoyed the recommendations in their welcome book. All in all, a beautiful setting and a perfect home for a family retreat.

We came in the fall so sadly didn't get to use the pool but it looks lovely! House was immaculate. Windows everywhere in the open living space, tons of light. The wood burning fireplace was perfect for a couple cool fall evenings.It's VERY private. You go down a long remote private road to access.
