Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Schramberg, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, along the wooded area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden with lawn for sunbathing. Patio, children's playground. In the house: lounge, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Schiltach" 10 km, outdoor swimming pool 12 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 19 km, tennis 12 km, riding stable 6 km, cross country ski track 2 km. Please note: car recommended. Additional accommodations can be booked. The "Biohof" (organic farm) comprises 2 buildings situated in the middle of nature (630 m above sea level), 5 km outside of Hinterlehengericht, with magnificent views to the Black Forest. The farm is run organically, the calves are brought up with their mothers, the meat is marketed by the owner himself. There are also 2 dogs, cats and dwarf rabbits at the property.

Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. Note: no company bookings allowed. Booking for tourist purposes only.

Die Umgebung ist wunderbar und die Wohnung sauber, gemütlich und geräumig und hat einen sehr schönen Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Gastgeber super freundlich, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir kommen wieder!

adembenemende prachtige omgeving

midden in het Zwarte Woud, prachtige omgeving, mooi, schoon, ruim appartement, auto zeker nodig, geen WIFI en het ontbreken van nederlandse tv-zenders was met 2 pubers wel een dingetje. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw en gastheer. Mijn zoon mocht nog op de trekker meerijden van de boer.

Conexión a Internet A MEJORAR

Todo perfecto a excepción de la conexión a Internet por Wi-Fi que solo se consigue en un rincón del apartamento, con continuos cortes. Fàcil i claramente mejorable. Otro punto es el precio de 7 € día por tener un pequeño perro.
