We have been living in Woody Creek since the 70s and have enjoyed raising our family in Little Texas on the Roaring Fork River.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it is close to everything in the upper Roaring Fork Valley. The river views are peaceful and the Southern exposure makes for great natural light!

What makes this property unique

This home sits on three levels, the main level has the great room, primary bedroom and an office, 3 bedrooms and a secondary living room all have easy access to the lower river bench and a third level above the garage has 2 bedroom apartment. It is a great home for multi generations.
